A simple hello goes a long way...
I arrived from Chicago on June 2nd and headed straight to the dealership to purchase a McLaren 720S. While walking the lot I had the pleasure of watching a delivery truck unload a 765 right in the middle of the street. I proceeded into the showroom and patiently waited to be greeted and to my surprise there were several staff hovered around the front desk who didn't say hello or ask if there was anything they could assist with. I proceeded to walk the showroom, (what an amazing collection of vehicles) continuing to kind of linger towards the front desk area waiting to be acknowledged. After about 10 minutes I facetimed my wife and said something along the lines of, well, here is the car we were going to buy. I explained to my wife that I hadn't even gotten and hello in the ten minutes I was in the showroom and I was going to leave. She suggested waiting another 5 before walking out, so that's exactly what I did. After 5 minutes, I walked out the door never having been acknowledged. Maybe it was the warm-ups and t-shirt I was wearing, maybe supercars sell themselves and my expectations of purchasing my first exotic was something that could have never been lived up to, or maybe just maybe the staff has forgotten that almost every deal starts with hello. Whatever the reason for the lack of professionalism I left disappointed but was able to enjoy California for a few days before heading back to Chicago.

I purchased a 2017 Alfa from another dealership. However, it had several issues, which were covered by the warranty. I had been to this dealership 2 times prior with no issue. However, this third time was the worst experience I have ever had with an auto dealership. My vehicle's dash went out and the car had to be towed an hour away to this dealership for them to fix. After 4 days I did not hear from them. I called several times and left messages for the service department. (They are notorious for not picking up the phone or returning calls). As a nonprofit professional, I have to be persistent; so I kept following up and leaving messages every other day. I finally spoke with Hymie in the Service Department who said he was busy but that he would call me back in an hour. Two-three days later, I called him again. Once I got him on the phone he was belligerent. He was upset that I was calling so frequently. I told him that he said he was going to return my call in an hour, but failed to do so. He came back stating he didn't have the information on my vehicle to call me back. His voice was raised, he shouted and was EXTREMELY RUDE. He treated me as if I were an underling, not a customer. If he had spoken that way to anyone else, there would have been a shouting match. But I didn't want to sink to his level. All it would have taken was for him to have someone call me back and say as soon as they had information to share, they would call. But no, he lashed out at a customer he had been ignoring (after having their high-end vehicle in their service department for over a week) without an update. Also, as a minority woman, I felt part of the reason he treated me the way he did was because I am black. I am not mistaken about that. To speak to me in such a rude and unprofessional manner should have had repercussions, but it did not. They ended up having to replace the entertainment system and speedometer. (They had my vehicle a little over a month). When I picked it up, it was not washed. Three weeks later, the entertainment system has yet another issue (a blank screen). When I had Alfa Customer Service call to set up an appointment, they were told by someone named Bryce that they did not want to work on my vehicle. I was treated horrifically and they decide I'm not welcome, instead of repremending Hymie? That is Alfa Romeo, Newport Beach.
Treated like Family
I used to visit this dealership 4 years ago when I the thought of owning of these cars was a dream. They always treated me with courtesy and respect even before I had the capacity to purchase, unlike other dealerships. I am now on my 3rd lamborghini - last purchase was the Aventador from them and they always go above and beyond to assist me. Great group of people that make this a wonderful team and true pleasure to deal with.

I used to be a Ferrari guy, but after switching to Lambo-I will never go back! all the employees at this dealership are outstanding! i have gone from Gallardo to Aventador to SV, each one better than the last! these guys put on awesome car runs and events and are constantly providing unbelievable, unforgettable times that make it so much fun to be involved with this car brand!

My experience starts from the minute i ordered my car! This dealership gave me more options than any other dealship. Its called thinking outside the box! One option is a fully exposed carbon roof on my coupe !!!!!
Personal Attention
I visited Lamborghini of Newport Beach searching for a new car. With Lamborghini on my mind, I was helped by Jeremy Hagen, who discussed with me different models, showed me a number of cars available on hand and thoroughly explained all the ins & outs of the models I reviewed. Jeremy also discussed the possibility of ordering my own custom Lamborghini. Then, after I left the showroom, I texted Jeremy for a photo of the car I was looking at and I had seven great shots from all angles with in 10 minutes and a warm, welcoming "thank you" for my visit to his showroom. I would recommend Lamborghini of Newport Beach and don't hesitate to ask for Jeremy Hagen, he will treat you well and knowingly answer all your questions!
