Friendly but ridiculously overpriced
Welp I purchased from here before a yr ago & was looking to trade in a car I purchased a yr ago they have a whole new crew however no way would I ever put 8,900 for a car that’s a2018 base model challenger when I only put down 1,500 for my c300 so that amount down is over 20%down when the car was 28.000
take it to dealer!! mannn they got me in a foreign right quick!! mhm! if you ain't been to la of the city cars i tell you what the ting is right!!
HIDDEN FEE’s & LAZZzzZy CUSTOMER SERVICE
Drove to see a few cars they had listed… turns out every single car they sell have a HIDDEN fee of OVER $4,000-$6,000! So basically every listing they put up is a JOKE!! Don’t waste your time asking for the prices & breakdown on a piece of paper to run the numbers when home… the dealer is too lazy to even write it… poor customer service lol… what’s new lmao from a used car dealership

My experience at LA city cars has been great. I purchased a BMW couple weeks ago and haven’t had any problems yet. The staff was friendly and helpful. Did their best to find the best ce Chile for the best price.
They done care
I purchased the car of my dreams about 2 1/2 weeks ago from them. They did get me a great deal and worked with me on this vehicle when Carmax gave me the runaround. So I’m thankful for them for that. However since then it’s been a nightmare trying to get a hold of somebody trying to have somebody call me back nobody cares anymore as soon as I drove off the lot. During test drive the car was making a very loud noise they kept telling me it was because of the large aftermarket wheels that it came with. I told him that all time that all 4 tires are worn out from the inside and they said it’s probably due to the wheels. So as soon as we left the lot we went to our local wheel shop and bought brand new wheels and tires. The car was still making noise come to find out the right bearing required replacement. No problem we took care of it because we didn’t want to drive it that way. Mind you Bryant said he was going to order us new tires I still haven’t heard from him. Now the spare key situation, Bryant said that the tech had the spare key they only gave me one key when I purchased a vehicle. He said he would call me Monday 2 days after purchasing the cad to have me pick up the spare key.I’ve called several times I actually spoke to Bryant last week he was gonna call me back it’s been over a week and I haven’t heard from him.Now I keep getting calls from Acura the car that I traded in saying that they haven’t received payment so that means my car hasn’t been paid off by them. I traded that car in for my car on top of that put money down for my vehicle. It is very frustrating that they are so quick to help with getting you in getting you a deal but all of these extra things that should be customer service related they can care less about. I just called right now and I’ve been on hold for 25 minutes, nobody cares. I would just say if anybody wants to get a vehicle just make sure when you drive off the lot you don’t need anything else from them.

WHAT A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE CROOKS BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!! I purchased a 2018 Jaguar F-Type with so many issues and tears!!!! on the convertible top WOW! Please note that the vehicle was delivered to my home address 6 hours later than expected without detailing and at night without proper inspection. This deal did not occur at your dealership located at 817 N La Brea Ave, Inglewood, CA 90302. David Albanez and Lorenzo Sostre (IDIOT) both helped with the transactions of this deal. Uncle Joe and some individual by the name of Josh(THE IDIOT) EXT. 109, a supposed manager who won't return my calls, can reach me directly. I'm sure you will have questions. This demands an explanation and resolution effective immediately!!! BUYER BEWARE STAY AWAY FROM THEIR FAULTY LUXURY HALF-xxx DEALS IF YOU WANT A BETTER SHOPPING EXPERIENCE STICK TO CARMAX! TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION LACK OF TRAINING UNDERPAID EMPLOYEES.

I drove 300 miles to see a car. Got there and it was sold. My fault, I should have called. I had a 2014 Jaguar XF, in perfect condition, for a trade in and $16,000.00 cash in my pocket and we couldn't make a deal. Not very helpful. Couldn't give me enough for my Jaguar, told me to sell it to Vroom. Forgot to mention, my wife and I got there and walked all around looking for someone to help us. I seen a gentleman standing by the fence out front on the phone. I was completely ignored for at least 15 minutes. I walked all around looking for the car I came to see. Finally the gentleman that was on the phone approached us and asked if he could help me.
Amazing stress free experience
Best car buying experience I have ever had!!! Fred was amazing and got me into what I wanted in about 15-20 minutes, no pressure, always felt like everything was under control, and Uncle Joe gees what a guy!!! Amazing people and a stress free experience!!! A+++++ I drove 85 miles and was worth every bit of it!!
Nightmare!!! The guy who does the ads does not work at the dealership he is just paid by the radio station these guys ran my credit 9 times without my persuasion after my husband and I told them specifically not to, it dropped my credit 23 points now they’re giving us the runaround not answering and when they do, transferring it to everyone besides the one we’re asking to speak to RoDDY is crooked he is the sales manager!

Great Experience, I heard of them from a commercial on KJLH. I walked in and walked out with a BEAUTIFUL Mercedes Benz within 2 hrs. they took my trade in and I got the car with a affordable car note and no money down. My Salesman Credit Manager and Finance person were all great. I have a couple minor repairs I will ask for I'm sure they will take care of it.
