Arrogant attitude
Told me that don't look at their cars.com price they mess it up all the time. The saleslady Andra Fravel is very arrogant that makes all my friends very uncomfortable.

Told me that don't look at their cars.com price they mess it up all the time and raise the price right in front of me. This is fine if it is reasonable but the saleslady Andra Fravel is very arrogant and taunted me that makes all my friends very uncomfortable. I wished her a good day and then got a deal at another nicer dealership that has no hidden fees. Whoever met this lady at Kuni BMW should do the same.

No pressure at all, very knowledgeable abut the product and went far out of his way to assist with all my needs and extra parts I wanted to get installed on my new X6M. Ask for Austin if you want the best car purchasing experience.
