A great buying experience!
I had a five star experience at Koons in Vienna Virginia. My time viewing inventory on the web gave me a phone call that was professional and helpful. I met Mohammed Abdulla who was such a knowledgeable salesman. He helped me through the whole process and I left with a car I dreamed about owning. They have a great dealership.

James Kim and his team are great! They tell me up front what work I need done and give me options if the work can wait or needs to be done. I have been going to Tyson’s Koons since 2003 and would not trust any place with my RAV4.

Stay away from this people , they are the worst place to ever buy a car , customer for 10 years (they where better before) now they are the worst in every detail from sales to service , rude , take forever to resolve your case if they even care ever , I never felt so disrespected in my entire life since my last car purchase at this place in 2021 (venza 2021)

Excellent service during a complicated move. Mayur had been recommended by a friend and he did not disappoint. We had been warned of supply chain issues and lack of vehicles nationwide but Mayur was fantastic. We managed to get exactly what we wanted and he even delivered one of the cars to our home. He took the time to explain all the features of both cars and has been extremely helpful and available. Fares in financing was excellent and helpful as well. We highly recommend Koons Tyson’s Toyota.

Do you really service the vehicle ?
I had good experience with KOONS TYSONS TOYOTA in our past encounters. But this time was HORRIBLE. I gave my car for general service on 07/05/2022. Normally, I would receive call asking for concerns or receive suggestions regarding service to be done. This time there was no call and vehicle was ready to be delivered within few hours. The next day we went on a long road trip and encountered issues with acceleration multiple times. Vehicle didn't pick up speed more than 50mph and was stuck for 2-3 mins each time. On returning we sent the vehicle again for service and was charged $160 for diagnostics. And I got a list of filter and fluid changes to be done with an estimate of $600. And all those were shown as green status in the service just couple of days earlier. I wonder if you really do the job when vehicle comes to you or just check the boxes green send away the vehicle as a means to make more money by subsequent repairs. This would be the last time doing business with you
