Who likes their used car purchasing experience? Me! I did. I am so happy to have gone through Kareem auto sales for my used car. From the sales person (thanks, Mike!) the financial advisor (you're the best, Moe!), to the owner (appreciate it, Sal!), everyone at Kareem Auto Sales made the process quick, easy, affordable, and positive. Highly recommend anyone looking for a car to purchase from Kareem Auto Sales!

"Sunny" responded to my initial email query about a specific advertised Toyota vehicle at Kareem Auto Sales telling me the vehicle was available. I do not reside in the immediate area of Kareem's, and did not want to take time driving 45 to 60 min one way to get basic infomation on a specific vehicle. So for my second contact, I emailed "Sunny" 6 questions about the subject Toyota. He did not respond or acknowledge my request for information. The vehicle still is listed for sale. I rate this lack of response to customer query below average customer service.

I would steer far and clear from these guys. They are rude and don’t value your time. They are pushy. And if you don’t k ow about cars or financing these guys will rope you over. Tell all your friends and family to look out and not purchase anything from them. Go anywhere but here. They are awful. Every one I know has had horrible experiences there. Don’t believe me well then just go there and see what I’m talking about. And not to mention no one even knows how to properly use a mask #Corona.

This car lot is awesome Rick Lulu is great he handled everything very professional and trustworthy. My son purchased a 2014 Range Rover top of the line. Ask for Rick he’s the guy you will not be disappointed

They never followed up with me very disappointed not even a call back saying that they no longer have car or anything ! I don't have much more to say

I bought a Camaro in march. At the time it was cold outside. Now its may and its getting hotter outside so I went to use my AC and it doesnt work. I called Mo and he said there is nothing they could do about it that I should have checked it within 30 days of buying it. I trusted them. I trusted that I was buying a quality used car. I feel like they dont care about there customers at all. Mo was very rood.
