I communicated directly with Jared Chernick, Richard DeClue, as well as the sales manager at Porsche of Greenville to place an offer on a $150k used car, which was the highest priced vehicle advertised at that time. I have not received an answer as to yes or no with regards to my offer, yet the vehicle is still listed for sale. If this is how they treat someone looking to purchase an unessential item in an industry reeling from the effects of covid-19, then one can only imagine how they treat customers when they are much busier or when there is an issue with their products or services. Buyer beware!

A Wonderful Experience
Right in the middle of the covid 19 disaster, my wife decided she wanted to trade her Bentley Coupe for a smaller vehicle and she chose a Jaguar F Type SVR because of its looks, sound, and power. Without any hesitation we decided to buy it from Greenville Luxury where we have bought other Jaguars and Porsches in past years because of their great reputation. We were certainly not disappointed with this transaction either. Because of being short staffed due to the virus, most of our dealings were with General Sales Manager, Don Ledbetter and to a lesser degree with Sobhi Abdulrazek in sales. Don really jumped through hoops for us to find the right 2020 SVR because this is the last year of production for the car and Jaguar only builds 300 SVR coupes each year. Day and night the search went on until a black one was located in Spokane, Washington and Don got it for us by going the extra mile in a lot of areas. In all my auto dealings through the years, I have never found any person, at any dealer, who could match his knowledge and desire to do the right thing above all else. Service after the sale has also been superb in dealing with Sobhi. In summary, we give Don, Sobhi, and Greenville Luxury 10 STARS for a purchase well done. Chyrel and Bud Stoner Greenville, SC

He always makes me feel welcome and that is a good feeling. Also thanks to the tech(s) who did the repair work; all done with excellence. I would also like to express my appreciation to Akieam McElrath for taking the time to reattach a deflector panel under the bumper, after checking me out with the cashier, in a most efficient manner. All done with new screws and now securely attached. Thank you for your kindness, smile and instant willingness to do this for me. Five Star Service Experience with Phil Baloga!
I had a service appointment yesterday and the customer service welcome with Phil Baloga and Dean was exceptional. Upon arrival, I was waiting in the drive thru for a service advisor when Dean and Phil Baloga arrived almost at the same moment. They had handshakes, warm smiles, friendly greetings and we went into Phil's office. Paperwork was already completed and he escorted me to the customer lounge after a brief chat. When the service was complete, Phil came to discuss the work that had been done, Part of the service was an Incontrol touch update; Phil spent time with me in the car demonstrating the changes and teaching me how to navigate the new program. As we talked, Phil so patient with me, (I'm not that tech savvy), I realized what a knowledgeable man he was with every detail of my vehicle. As we talked, I discovered he has worked specifically with Jaguar and Land Rover for many years, and shares the same passion as I do with these two vehicles. His expertise, knowledge and passion with Jaguar and Land Rover are exceptional; what an asset he is to the service department of the dealership. In addition to his vehicle knowledge was his personality; his kindness, smiles, patience, sense of humor were all contagious! He truly was a ray of sunshine and day maker for me! I left with a smile and with such confidence that my vehicle had received the very best of care and service, plus I felt very confident with the new Incontrol Touch update, thanks to Phil. When I was shopping for a car, a Land Rover was at the bottom of my list. I went to the dealership to look at a Porche. After looking at it, Sammy asked me if I considered Land Rover. I hadn't, and he showed me a full size Range Rover. Sammy was very knowledgeable and provided absolutely no pressure. It took over a month for us to make a decision and Sammy definitely went above and beyond to earn my business. I highly recommend him and dealership. They treat you like family!

Online purchase & Delivery (From Greenville to Charleston)
I would like to sincerely thank Volvo of Greenville for meeting my transportation needs while I was trying to get out of a bad lease situation with another Volvo Dealership. Without any hesitation, Caitlin offered to help and presented me with a deal that I could not ignore nor refuse. Thereafter, Sobhi took care of all the details and even managed to drive and deliver the car to me on a Sunday morning (even though I live 3 hours away from Greenville)! I received a very practical and thorough in-service about the car and Sobhi drove away with my trade (a 2017 XC60) - just in time for me to attend a social function a few hours later that day in my new car... It was truly a GREAT car buying experience. I must disclose that I was somewhat refractory to the idea of buying a car online without sitting in it at least once. It took an act of faith and I must admit that Caitlin and Sobhi proved my wrong - Online car buying and Home delivery service without the on-site circus and frustration at most dealerships is a very easy and efficient concept. I bought my very first Volvo (2002) XC70 Ocean Race from Volvo of Greenville, they will certainly get my business again when that lease is up. Thank you Catlin and Sobhi Safe driving everyone!
