I got this car and some wrong with the Steering I brought it to them like trice but still not fix

I'd like to leave a 5 star review, I've purchased seven vehicles from Jaffarian's the last two Volvos. My salesman Narek sold me my first Volvo XC-60 in 2018. Over last four years every time I saw Narek, he'd stop and chat. When I was in the market for a new car, Narek made it easy, putting me in the 2022 Volvo XC060, and handling my trade in. The rest of the Volvo staff, were very friendly and courteous.

After experiencing another Volvo dealership, Jafarrian offered a wonderful contrast with great customer service and knowledge of product. Across the board from collision/damage, showroom, parts, back office, the culture of customer first came through effortlessly.

This was the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. The process was smooth, easy and no haggling . I felt no pressure like I have experienced at other car dealerships. My salesman was Urbain and he was fantastic. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and a great salesperson. The finance guys were also wonderful. No hard pressure. I would buy a car from these folks from here on out.

I'd like to leave this dealership a 5 star review. Last week I purchased a XC40 2022 and I am really pleased with their service. Staff was polite and responsive, answered all my questions and did everything they had to do in record time. Their facilities are roomy and very customer friendly. Salesman, who took care of me Urbain went out of his way to make sure I was happy. He even drove to my house to check if my trade in car was worth bringing in (it was unregistered so I couldn't drive it there). Then their financial assistant Mo (Mohamed) contributed to already flawless shopping experience. It was a perfect transaction.

Bought a used Volvo XC60. Asked if it had been a smoker's car previously and Jaffarian salesperson said clearly no. After a few weeks when whatever air freshener/scents they put in there had worn off we realized that it absolutely was a smoker's car previously. Feel like we've been mislead, lied to, and cheated. Will never go back to this dealer again.
