I love the whole service team here. My car kept shutting off while driving, I looked online to make an appointment and there were scheduling two weeks out. I set an appointment but called to ask if there was anyway they could squeeze me in sooner, as it was my daily driver and needed to be able to get back and forth for work. They didn?t make any promises but said I could bring it in and if they got a chance they would look at. I had my car back the next day!
A "Multi point inspection" is stated to have been
A "Multi point inspection" is stated to have been performed per the invoice, along with the 3 issues that were to be checked per my request along with a tire rotation. The invoice stated the issues "could not be duplicated" and the multi point inspection was performed. I did not receive a copy of the Multi point inspection. I called later that day and requested a copy and did not receive a call back. I had to call the next day only to learn that a Multi point inspection WAS NOT performed. Also, it should be noted I took my car to another dealership 2 days later to have the "issues" looked at for diagnosis. Had the Multi point inspection been performed at your service center (break condition specifically) along with a tire rotation, it would have been discovered that the break pads were in need of replacement and one of the rotors were in extremely poor condition requiring attention. It should also be noted when I asked the advisor as to why a Multi point inspection was not performed, he stated the "tech" said everything looked fine. (Fine is not a standard) Prior to leaving the dealership I asked the advisor about the "unable to duplicate" statement regarding the squealing from the left rear tire well, as it was clearly audible as I stood outside and heard it as the service manager drove it into the service check in bay. The advisor stated "you hear things differently from outside the vehicle". I explained to him that I brought it in because I was also hearing it while I was inside the vehicle operating it. I then asked if my vehicle was safe to drive. The advisor refused to answer the question and segwayed into another topic stating he wanted me to drop my vehicle off for a full day to attempt to diagnose the concerns I had. When I then stated I would needed a rental, he actually chuckled and said I would be waiting 2 months as there was a wait list and 8 people ahead of me. He then scheduled my vehicle for 2 weeks out. As I stated, I took my vehicle to another dealership to address my concerns. Within 2 hours, the dealership identified all of the issues I originally had brought my vehicle into your service center for. Brakes, rotors, heat shield clamp, and a coolant leakage from the hose. Based on this experience alone, I cannot in good faith, recommend this center for service other than basic service. And with that being said, a "Multi point inspection " is considered a basic service. This is not even addressing the condescending demeanor and lack of respect from one of the used car salesmen that approached me while I was waiting on my car to be serviced. This was also a "scheduled appointment " and all the concerns that were to be diagnosed was noted in my confirmation email. The other dealership that correctly identified the issues will be completing the necessary repairs.
Don't even deserve 1 star. Took my car in to repair, after being at hugh white for 4 weeks was told what it needed and would be 2400 to fix. Decided to take it to a mechanic who personally knew someone at gm and fixed my car for 115 and it was not even the problem that hugh white quoted me. They were simply going to rip me off big time. Then to top that off hugh white charged me 15 dollars for use of their disposable gloves....despicable!!!!! Would not recommend dealing with hugh white ever!!!!!!
Just had my SUV serviced at Hugh White in Lancaster. Couldn’t be happier w their service department. Preston always does such a great job. I’ll always go there!!
Had my 2020 chevy truck serviced and was in and out service was great Service Manager Preston was very friendly And so was the rest of the staff
Everthing is top notch there from the sales people to service to the receptionist. They make you feel comfortable do not push you when buying. The repairs are done promply and with a professional competence.

Nicholas Osso provided outstanding service to my vehicle, vehicle was picked up and returned when promised and even cleaned all the snow and ice off it.
I had a traction message on my car. I drove to the dealership and was greeted by Nick who told me he would be able to look at it in the morning. I asked if I could leave it and they gave me a ride home and picked me up when it was finished. Great service!
Our Chevy SUV was serviced at time scheduled, and the service teck took less time then estimated to due a oil change and tire rotation.
