Hub city always takes care of me. I bought the truck in 2013 and currently have 196,000 miles on it. They performed many services and each one has been done correctly. Mr. Paul, who is my service advisor has been a big help during the years.
I purchased a maintenance agreement with the vehicle and
I purchased a maintenance agreement with the vehicle and it’s supposed to replace wiper blades and the service advisor told me it doesn’t. Either the sales rep misrepresented what he sold me are svc advisor gave me wrong info. Very disappointing.

I always use a coupon for oil changes and because I didn’t have my coupon which I had left at home ….what is normally $49 oil change which is actually about 75 when u add the extra quart or 2 of oil for a F150…..turned out to be $96 …I could have gotten a 75 oil change at any one of 20 drive thru oil change places in Lafayette ! It’s the small things that count !

I called and spoke to their service rep, and was told that they would not service my 2014 fx2 because they don’t work on certain competitors vehicles. I was surprised and disappointed. While I was on the phone with hub city Ford I was actually driving my truck which was bought brand new from them.what a kick in the butt .
