I was very impressed with this dealership. The service adviser was very courteous and my care was serviced promptly and well. I was particularly impressed with the video they sent me during servicing where the tech showed all the elements of the check - brake condition, tire condition, fluids, etc.

Second time running.

Second time running. Service writer never communicated with me. Did not update repair status in the online app. Did not respond to my first three messages. Lied to me about a Lyft coming to pick me up. Had to arrange my own ride, which I don’t care about, but I waited 30 minutes for the dealer arranged Lyft that was never actually requested. I am happy with the work the technician did but I can’t deal with the incompetence just to get to the technician. Definitely costing you business.
