We purchased a 2018 Honda CR-V Touring a while back and are very happy with it. The whole process was seamless and we got a great trade in value for our Nissan Murano and a great price on our Touring. Everyone was so helpful and expedited the process through for us! Good folks!

2018 Honda Accord
I recommend Jason, Les and Pete at Honda Cars of Rock Hill, Jason being new to the dealership did very well demonstrating the vehicle to me and stayed in communication with my every step of the way, always appreciate Les and Pete for their assistance as well, however the Business office is a train wreck, basically calling the customer a fool for not paying $100 more per month ($1,200 a year) for a warranty or “service package” that isn’t a necessity. This is not rocket science not every customer is going to buy the warranty but they sure won’t if they are judge by the business manger for not purchasing, also the tactic of “well my Car has 40k miles on it and XYZ went wrong, the same could happen to you” if that’s the case then why would anyone buy the product if your saying that the only way to guarantee that nothing goes wrong is to purchase extra packages. Just think about that. Why would anyone buy a Vehicle if they are those that at a certain mileage something will break? Again I appreciate Jason, Les, and Pete for their assistance! Great job guys! Usually i hate going to get my car serviced but i went to the Honda place on Dave Lyle of rock hill sc and the Service was great.... the staff was even better ...ask for mike glenn , great guy!

Honda is better than this
Purchased a new Honda Passport with towing package. From the date of purchase the car displayed a grinding noise when gearing down. The dealership repaired the problem and the repair lasted days. Now the dealership claims Honda cannot fix the problem. I recently had rear seat protective covers installed. The bottom part of the cover on the passenger side had a bulge that caused the cover to become dislodged when placing the seat in the upright position. The installer in the service department claims the part is defective. Why did he install a product he knew was defective? The response of the service manager was, “ I am sorry you are unhappy but I refunded you money and I can’t do anything else. “ Thankfully there are other dealers that are customer focused. I will NEVER buy another car from Honda in Rock Hill.

The people at Rock Hill Honda are always easy to work with, and they do a good job whenever I need service. For this visit in particular, Roy in Service and Al in parts were particularly helpful. My only complaint is that there is no place to sit due to them blocking off seats for Covid reasons. They do have benches outside (need a few more!) but they definitely need a better design for the waiting area.
