I recently purchased a 2022 Bentley from Holman Motors. So far, I'm very happy with the car. However, this Bentley is supposed to come with a Wi-Fi hotspot that needs to be activated. When I asked the salesman how to activate the Wi-Fi, he didn't know how to do it, but promised to find out and get back to me with an answer soon. By the way, the owner's manual is very vague on this subject. For a week now I’ve been waiting for someone to help me resolve this. The salesman has been very courteous through this whole process but has been unable to find someone that can help me walk through this process. It is very disconcerting and beyond believe that a dealership that sells luxury cars worth hundreds of thousands of dollars, does not have a staff that can help its customers through these types of issues. This is definitely the last time I’m buying a car from this dealership!

Holman motor commits fraud
Holman motors charge my insurance company for a Rolls-Royce emblem $500 in which they used my old emblem I asked for my old parts back and they came back without the emblem I am reporting them to Florida insurance fraud department as I already have reported them to my insurance company I gave them $57,000 worth of business and these creeps Couldn’t help them self About to commit fraud avoid these xxxxxxx
Mr. Cioffi, We have investigated the situation and discovered that the replacement emblem for your vehicle was installed during the repairs. Regrettably, the removed emblem was not placed in the vehicle for your inspection. We have located the emblem and will send it to you immediately. I understand your reaction and the confusion we caused by failing to adhere to you request, for this we are truly sorry. Please rest assured that all of the repairs described in the documentation were completed, and any expense incurred by your insurance company was necessary and legitimate. Unable to provide records of service to a used Aston Martin that was serviced by the dealership. While asking the sale person if the car has a accident history, answer was avoided. While I inquired regarding a private mechanic to inspect the car, I was told that the car is not for sale any more.
We are sorry that you feel that the experience was not exceptional. Unfortunately, we are not allowed to provide service records from the previous owner. We did however provide all of our service records. The vehicle was not in an accident and the Carfax report can be found online. During this time the vehicle was sold to a customer.
They set the standard for customer experience
I have shopped and owned nearly every luxury brand automobile from Ferrari to Bentley and this dealership sets the standard. From my to first phone conversation to my new car delivery the professionals at this dealership were simply the best. Businesslike and professional, not the least bit stuffy or pretentious. The facility is awesome. Negotiation over the price was fact based and efficient. They didn't waste my time or assume I didn't research the market. The sales experience was a pleasure. I drove three hours roundtrip when there is a dealership less than a mile away and it was well worth the time and effort. The whole process, and in particular the delivery, was everything that buying a luxury vehicle should be. Reza, my sales professional, Howard and Ralph the sales managers and all the staff we met made this the best auto buying experience I've ever had.
