Radiator
I dropped my car off as soon as they opened on a Wednesday morning however didn't get my car back until Friday.... I had to pay for a rental for 2 days when the service from them was already was costing me $945. The diagnostic was not done until Thursday (the next day). They called and said it was my radiator but the part has to come from another store so they wouldn't get it fixed that day. Friday morning around 11am they called and my vehicle was ready. I was suppose to head out of town Thursday evening but was unable to because my car b wasn't ready. However the customer service was great very nice but I wasn't pleased that day one my car wasn't even looked at, day 2 they didn't have the part and my trip was delayed to Friday. I only take my 392 scat pack to them for my oil change I have never taken it any place else but this time I was not happy about it taking 2 days to get my car fixed. My car is no longer over heating. Rebecca was very nice and professional. Other than that they have been great.

My experience at Hendrick Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM FIAT of Concord was truly incredible! Jeffery Stark, my salesman, and the entire staff was friendly, knowledgable, and worked hard to meet my wants and needs in buying a new car. The staff was fair and honest. They worked to help me secure a car within my budget without being pushy. I have been to many dealerships during my car shopping and this was BY FAR the best experience of them all. All staff wore masks and respected social distancing guidelines, the dealership was neat and clean and worked tirelessly to help me. I can't say enough wonderful things about Jeffery Stark and the entire Hendrick Concord team!

Mitesh was excellent. Went above and beyond to make sure my experience was good. Even got me a loaner car so I wouldn?t have to stay at the dealership all day.
