Guaranteed Auto Sales

Deceptive advertising.Website indicated 5 year car loan available. First question asked by dealer "How much is your down payment?".. I said zero! To make a long story short, it took about 45 minutes before the dealer said no 60 month, you can get 42 months. I said bye bye!

The salesman did an excellent job to help me find a car under my current budget. He did not push me into a sale, but instead helped find the right thing for me. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for reliable used cars. They even read through the Carfax report with me, and helped ease my fears. Five stars across the board!

they are awesome...... they are guaranteed auto sales!! and you can really feel you've bought a car which is guaranteed. I've bought 2 cars in 2 years from this dealership. and again and again I will do that. they are honest and professional in their field.

I would give this place negative *stars* if there was an option for that! Do yourself a favor and don't deal with these unprofessional jerks. I had called about 2 particular cars, got all my questions answered and set up an appointment for the next day. I was very clear on the phone with Sammy that I was driving in from the Valley, was not particularly familiar with the Los Angeles area and that if the car passed my test drive, I'd want to take it to a mechanic of my choosing. He promptly responded that it would be OK to take the car to any nearby mechanic. As he requested, I gave him a call while en route, to confirm our appointment. That drive took me over 2 hours, in bumper-to-bumper traffic. Upon arrival, I took a look at the first car and it was in pretty sad shape - not at all the pristine beauty as it was portrayed in the ad. The second car was very clean and did look nice, although both cars were MISSING the trunk keys, as well as the key for the back seat fold down feature. Now it's time for the test drive and to take the car to a mechanic. I was advised by the salesman that the car could only be taken to a mechanic within 1 mile of their lot. There was a nearby Honda dealership with factory Certified mechanics about 15 minutes away and that's where I wanted to take the car. I had brought the map with me, to show them where we were going. The salesman stuck to his story and started to walk away. I followed him and demanded to speak to Sammy, who had approved the process of taking the car to a mechanic of my choice. Sammy is now very flippant with me and retells the same line as the salesman, about only being able to take the car to a mechanic within 1 mile of their lot. When I demanded to know why he didn't tell me that on the phone the day before when we set up the appointment and discussed it, he just put his arms up in the air and said "That's the way it is". So I wasted over 5 hours total, between round trip driving time and trying to reason with these idiots. Bottom line - find a better place to buy a car!!!

I went to this dealer to look for a car and it was sold. They were very helpful and find a car under my budget even better than the one I was looking for. It's my first time buying the car all by myself they make all the process so simple. Send my papers straight to the DMV. Between walking in , Getting my credit checked , buying the car, signing all the papers and leaving I took me about 40 minutes (of course after checking the car for a good hour.)

Great experience with the dealership. Had a trade in that they gave me exactly what I asked for with no quibbles, made the buying process super easy and fast. LOVE the car I got and have had it for a month with no concerns. Their ad pictures and description were completely on the mark. The staff was responsive, not pushy, and friendly. I would go back again and in fact, I'm hoping to find a car for my daughter from them.
