They were very attentive via email and text. We arrived and had to wait about 20 minutes but it was smooth sailing after that! They are a great group to deal with.
Dishonest! Nice..until you call them on their lies. I drove two hours because they had the used vehicle I needed and the advertised price was reasonable. I agreed to pay the advertised price, it was a fair price. When the paperwork came they added a few extra thousand dollars to the base price. When I asked, they said the advertised price (which is advertised on many sites nationwide) was only for current customers, not new ones. I tried to negotiate with the sales manager but he refused and tried to go up on the price further. When I started to leave they said they would go back to the advertised price but only if I finance through them (of course their interest rate was much higher than my or any other bank, thus, through interest they still got the extra thousands). I pushed the salesman to talk to the manager again after I called them out on this unethical and dishonest practice. I then just simply walked out and left with the salesman in shock as I drove away. After a few hours, I called my original contact person who got the manager to split the difference. I said no. Eventually, they offset the higher price by paying for tax/license/delivery and keept the price close to the original advertised price. I went ahead with the sale only because it was the vehicle I needed that no one else had within 800 miles and they finally balanced out the price. Final paperwork they still tried to add on extra costs that I had to catch them on and correct. They also lied about a minor issue with the vehicle suspension. Later I found that they sold my data for marketing after I specifically told them not to. Overall they could be nice but don't like being called on for their dishonesty. A novice car buyer should NEVER go there. It helps to have a lawyer and a car expert with you to keep them honest. I gave them multiple chances to apologize and correct their behavior, since they haven't I spread the word to family, friends, business associates, etc about their dishonesty. It sure makes Nissan dealerships look bad. AVOID this dealership.

If you're not a sucker, they don't want you in their dealership. Just ask for a printout of the deal they offer you and go down the road to the other Nissan dealership. The other dealership will beat their offer every time! In fact, Greenway probably won't even print out an offer for you (because they're going to change the terms once you agree to buy a car and they know you could get a better deal anywhere else). They sent multiple emails back and forth with me and offered a $100 gift card to take a 15-minute test drive. We set up a time and I took the test drive. After an hour and a half, I told them I wanted to think about it. That's when they said they 'ran out' of gift cards (even though the email said they were holding one for me). I couldn't believe they wouldn't keep their word, so I asked to talk to a manager. He belittled me for not buying today and threw 4 - $25 'gift cards' at me. After getting home and looking at the cards, they have to be redeemed on a website that doesn't exist. The cards are totally fraudulent! If you want to trust this place, go ahead! Dishonest and unprofessional Dealer
Extremely misleading and dishonest staff. I called and offered a $20K outdoor price on a Nissan Versa S. (Full sticker- MSRP- plus tax+). I told Kara over the phone 5 times that this is the highest I am willing to pay for the car. I asked to check with the sales manager before I drove all that way. She said come in and we'll make it work. I emphasized that I don't want to pay any more and unless they're willing to take my offer there no need for me to drive 30+ miles to the dealership. When I arrived, the sales person said the out the door price is $28K plus. $5K over the sticker price of $18,030. He said you need to talk to the manager. I asked George the sales manager, he laughed and said he would not reduce the $28K+ at all. They all just disrespectfully started laughing like it was a joke having wasted my time and drove over 60 miles round trip despite my honest full sticker offer upfront. I understand trying to get over MSRP, but $5K over sticker on an $18K car that they have a dozen of on the lot!!! They are dishonest and unprofessional. You can't trust a word out of sales or the management team.

Dishonest if you are a female they try to take advantage. Victor in finance is arrogant speaks down to you while cracking smartass jokes thinking you are too stupid to comprehend he is being condescending. Example as leaving " Now just make your payments" what kind of remark is that. He is the worse, unprofessional the whole time while sitting in there signing he made remarks about my name, calling me a Karen. Very offensive.
This is my third auto from this dealership first time under this name. I traded in my 2016 sentra had equity in it so took care of my down payment for this deal, also was pre qualified for loan. Found an auto and sat down to make a deal. He came back with offer told me price and payment was not told that it was not with company I was pre qualified. Then went into finance with Victor. He was a fast talker and added things like he was doing me a favor. Then instead of handing me paperwork was handed a drive even though I told him I have nothing at home to open it. After several calls and given run around for days because I wanted to see the paperwork with the amount I paid, the amount was not what was on the window sticker or what was on paperwork with salesman. A sales manager told me to come in to get copy of paperwork and explain it to me. I got there and was back with Victor. He once again was fast talking around questions I asked. Told me the window price wasn't right even though every other dealership I checked with said that is the price of the car. He then only printed me the one page of contract with what I paid. This really saddens me because this was my auto dealer for service and purchases. I am currently coming out of chemo treatments and know this is my fault for not really looking over paperwork and putting my trust in a dealership who was always great prior. I do not recommend this place for purchasing an auto anymore.

They don’t care what you say, their only goal is to Get you to their dealership, even if you are over 200 miles away. i have a text thread where Priscilla agreed to and ‘confirmed wit the GM’ the out the door price for a truck, to find out upon arrival after a 3.5 hour drive to get there, they were trying to add $4500 on top Of the agreed upon OTD price. Honesty still matters, and you oh won’t find that, or integrity should you choose to deal with these people. Read their BBB rating before you go, I wish I would have! B

I tried calling several times yesterday, 9/14/21, but couldn't get anyone. So hopefully you will reply to this. On 9/2/21 I traded a 2018 Nissan Murano Platinum, VIN 5N1AZ2MGXJN200560, for the 2022 Pathfinder. Yesterday we received a phone call from our insurance company stating the lien holder for the Murano wanted to know why we canceled the insurance on it. Of course we told them that we had traded the car on 9/2/21, twelve days ago, to you guys. Can you explain to me why the car haven't been paid off when you have it listed on your website for sale. Your reply would be greatly appreciated.

This is possibly the worse dealership I have ever dealt with. very unprofessional and and dishonest. The first time I went on they website and put in the car I wanted which was a 2021 Nissan Altima I told them the color we wanted and also the version, I received a call from Ryan their internet specialist who told me to come in and when I got their he handed me over to a Salesman who was not very knowledgeable and after walking us around showing us used cars and we said we came for the 2021 Nissan Altima he responded to me they had nothing I was looking for in stock . and we drove 1 hour to get their to be mislead. WELL it gets better 2 days later we decided that the Altima was not to be found anywhere .. So we than decided to look instead for the Nissan Rouge we went on to Nissans website and put in the exact Rouge we wanted and guess what Greenway of Nissan came up and again we received a Call From Ryan we told him the car and he said we have it come back in , so august 28th we drove a hour again to get their and he has another salesman help us this salesman was at least knowledgeable he went to bring the car from the back for us to look at after 20 minutes he comes and tells us their is a glitch in the computer and the car is missing UGH . so I ask him why wouldn't Ryan check stock before making me drive their again after what happened days before. The salesman had no answer. The salesman than tried to sell me a rogue sport which I already owned and told him that and I do not like it at all and would not by another one . After all this I asked him ,how does Ryan not come out and at least apologize or better yet the manager involved . Will never recommend this dealership . such a dishonest place Frank M
