BEWARE OF SALESMAN JOSHUA AARONS
We had dealt with Joshua Aarons over the phone as we were from several hours away. After reading reviews we changed our minds about this dealership and let the salesman know. He was AWFUL to us. He bombed my phone with ugly words and text. If this is the kind of people you wish to deal with, have at it. I was glad we took our business elsewhere! And yes, I have screenshots of EVERYTHING he said to me regarding the sell of a car to my 77 year old Mother. BEWARE!
I was just about to call dealer. But….
I was looking at the Maserati here, but the drive down from Texas to have the issues I see here , Nah I’m good. The Real: “One person can lie, 2 people can conspire, but 3 or more, someone is telling the truth! What a shame. Pure and adulterated shamelessness. It’s not the cars fault people , it’s the people behind the cars.
Engine seized after 1.5 months of having the car
Unless you want to get ripped off, I would suggest never stepping foot on this lot. I had my car I bought from them FOR NOT EVEN 2 MONTHS AND IT BROKE DOWN. Just stopped running, turns out the engine seized. Then the clutch was so bad it had to be replaced. I kept it well maintained for the time I had it. I have had no car for over a month now trying to get this situation settled. I have spent OVER $9,000 just to fix a car I JUST BOUGHT and am making payments on a car I can’t even drive. When I tried to contact Grand Motorcars they didn’t even return my call. I am so disappointed. This was the worst first car buying experience.
Sold me a Lemon
Worst car purchasing experience ever. Would not recommend. I bought a car and complained about my car jerking the next day and brought it in to get “serviced” a couple days later. They didn’t properly test it, just hooked it up to a machine and said it was good. The jerking kept happening and they literally ignored all of my phone calls and tests for a month only to call me back a month later to tell me “it’s been a month, we can’t do anything now” they will sell you a lemon do not trust them.
I went to this dealership last weekend to look at a 2021 Corvette. As much as I would like to purchase this car from this dealership I am very hesitant of spending 90 plus thousand on a vehicle at a dealership with such low rating. I will say that the salesman was nice and he wasn't pushy. I can't give true rating because I haven't purchased from here. Maybe their high end cars are cared for more that the entry level cars. My thoughts are that ALL the vehicles at a dealership should be handled with the same care.
Bought a 2015 Infiniti QX60 back in November around Thanksgiving time. We were there originally to look at a 2014 QX60, but that vehicle had severe transmission issues upon a quick test drive. Not to mention terrible previous body repairs! We should walked away from Grand at that moment. Buuut, my daughter/son-in-law’s baby was about to be born…so they were fairly desperate for a vehicle. We found a comparable vehicle in the 2015 model on the lot…but with more miles and fewer options. After hours of negotiations, a cash deal was struck. The biggest problem is, Grand put 2 new tires in the front of an AWD vehicle, and left the rear at like 4/32” tread. This is a major automotive “no-no”. That’s bad enough, but the worst part is, there was a nail in a rear tire. We discovered prior to driving off, that the tire was low, verified by the TPMS light on the dash. Now nighttime, closing time…they aired up the low left rear tire, and sent us in our way. Next morning, low tire, same tire, and now in daylight can clearly see a large nail in the tread. Grand COULD have made the situation right by replacing the nail tire with a new one. Grand SHOULD have made the situation right by taking even $100 off the price of car (same as the price of the cheap Ironman tires they put up front to begin with). But, in grand fashion (pun intended) they delivered to the house a used tire (completely douched in armor-all) 2 full weeks after the fact. Needless to say, we bought 2 new Ironman tires from Pep Boys to match the front, so as not to ruin the transmission and differentials. Also Grand’s detailers are garbage. The back seat black leather had blue paint splattered all over. And had that not have been there, we would have gladly spent $1000 more than we did. I LITERALLY removed the paint with olive oil and 30 minutes of my time. So, Grand, your lazy incompetent detailers let you down. And I’m ripping those guys some more because I had to drive it off the lot with massive sections of overspray on the inside windshield in Atlanta night time traffic lights practically blinding me. One more thing, there are microphones in use at this dealership! If you are talking ‘privately’ in the building even if no one is around, I promise someone is listening. At the finance office, I started singing along to the Tupac song blaring over the speakers …next thing you know, 7 Tupac songs in a row played. Yet for the nearly 3 hours we were there, no same artist was retested more than 2x. Grand stocks up on fancy cars at reasonable prices, but buyers beware. I have rarely seen such shoddy bodywork/paint work in my whole life…and I’m a life-long car guy. Even a beautiful yellow C8 Corvette had crappy paint work on the showroom floor. Basically, if you MUST look at a car at Grand, check the CarFax AND bring an expert with you. Because I saw damage on even the QX60 we bought, that was not reported in the CarFax.
Caution!Do not believe a word you are told
Paid down payment on Saturday was told car would be ready Monday. Car needed bumper replaced as was held together with zip ties , daily was told car was going to be ready, Friday was told to pickup at 1pm dealership changed time to 4pm, when arrived at 4pm car had not been washed, nail was in tire, inside not detailed & were repeatedly told car bumper was fixed when zip ties clearly visible. Arrived at 4pm Friday as told car was 100% ready! Brought large dogs with us as it was to be quick trip, stayed til closing time. Car still not fixed. Given written assurances bumper would be shipped to us. The sales department lied, lied constantly. Do not believe anything, not one word they say, get everything in writing ✍️. I have a lawyer & plan to use his services should any of written assurances not be honored. The most dishonest dealer I have ever been to, bought car from or heard of. The car despite the bumper with dent is hopefully as good as the report we paid for. Dealer is as dishonest as day is long. Do write everything they say, keep record, call often, be vigilant, demand service, get all paperwork in order & keep in safe place, DO NOT take their word on even the smallest detail. Hope the car works out , if so it will not be for anything Grand Motorcars if Kennesaw has done it will be despite what Grand Motorcars has done. Honestly—everything in writing, call, call, call, take notes of person you talked with & exactly what they said. Talk to manager, ask for manager & complain if need be every few hours. Good luck - it is like Russian roulette actually worse customer care - the gun is fully loaded.
Worst Car Buying Experience Ever
I put a 50% down payment on a vehicle with conditions they would make some repairs and afterward I would pay the balance and take possession. Held my money for over 2 months with little to no follow-up. I would have to call and leave messages over and over before someone would text me a status update saying it was still not done. Not one of the sales managers called me back during the entire time they held my deposit. I went to pick up the vehicle after being told it was ready only to find out they never made all the repairs during this 2 month time. After we agreed that they should just refund my money, one of the sales managers got upset because I tossed his card back on the counter, saying I threw it at him. After treating me that bad for that long he was complaining to me about how he felt it was wrong for me to toss a card on the counter. This was long after he had noted how calm I had been the whole time. What a joke! Another person in the same day told us they sold them a car with sludge in the engine and the warranty they sold them refused to pay. This more than confirmed the type of business with whom we were dealing. I was not treated as a valued customer; not provided a quality product; and not dealt with honestly and professionally. I wouldn't recommend that anyone visit this business.
DO NOT BUY HERE
Bought a 2017 Q 50 and did all the regular maintenance and then took it into infinity because I had an issue with it they said that the motor was sludged up and the turbo doesn’t work and the premium extended warranty that was sold by this company is not covering for my vehicle repairs. I took my car in to grand motorsport they told me to leave it with them and they left me driving out of there with a Chevrolet piece of xxxx. I bought a luxury vehicle and they gave me a piece of crap as a loaner . Already been without my car for 10 days with the Infiniti dealership and now they just want me to leave my car with them which means I’m being screwed indefinitely. I am paying luxury prices to drive around a piece of crap loaner and they think that I shouldn’t be upset about it.
