Gino did it again. Amazing customer service. Five stars all the way !!!!!!!! He knows exactly what car I needed. Would recommend anyone to come and check out the cars.

From the moment I met Joe I felt very comfortable purchasing my vehicle. He talked me through the process and explained everything I was signing and answered my questions. I left very happy and satisfied with my vehicle. No pushy sales people at Gormelys. I would definitely refer anyone to go check out Gormelys and their website.

I am Chris who left them a 5 star on Saturday upon them asking me to leave a review before i even got into my car, but i was happy to do it because what an excited feeling to finally have a car especially as a single mom of three. i would not recommend here at all they sold me a car with expired tags, a broken key, tires with a slow leak to i have a TPMS message on and it's impossible to get a hold of anyone and when someone does finally contact you it's on there schedule and inconvenience. I would say they deff need to take classes on customer service and ethics because they do small fixes to cars and rush people in them and to me that is simply nit ok. I am very disappointed because i was so excited to finally get into a car as a single mom of three who works full time, but this place has absolutely rained on my parade. Please DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME MONEY OR SANITY!!!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, POOR SELECTIONS AND DEFF POOOOOOOOOOR MAINTENANCE/REPAIRS ON VEHICLES. Oh the icing on the cake, when Tom called me back regarding my concerns he said they were all minor that the tire leak is not serious SMH they better pray the tires don't cause an accident while me and my 3 kids are driving. I find that to be extremely serious. so if you dont care about getting a clunker then sure check out Gormleys but if you are looking for a good car and good service where you are taken care of and properly addressed i WOULD DEFF NOT COME HERE!! just saying. Best of luck !!!

Joe Carr Is the best sale person u can talk to in there. I dealt with him for many years.and every time I ask for him. He will help you in prices on cars there. He is the man to see
