Great buying experience! Will definitely check here when buying my next vehicle. I just looked at some of their reviews and the negative ones sound like tire kickers who didn’t put down a deposit. A consignment shop has a duty to their seller to get deals done.

I had a car under agreement and they sold it out from under me 6 hours later. I have seen similar complaints. These people are totally unethical. Stay away

I purchased a beautiful '87 Ramcharger 4x4 online in 2020. The selling process was great, and they helped ship the truck to me in Maryland. I expected some things to be less than perfect, but the truck arrived without a functioning front axle. It was effectively a 2 wheel drive. None of the dash gauges worked and there was lots of shoddy wiring. It sure looks pretty, but Im not happy.

Went back to my hometown of Grand Rapids to buy a car from GarageKeptMotors. Jeremy was helpful, friendly, and negotiated a fair price for the car we wanted. Very satisfied and would do business with again!

Called regarding a vehicle I was very interested in and wanted to buy on the spot. I was told that wasn't needed and scheduled to show me it at 4pm, less then an hour later it was sold. Terrible customer service.
