I WAS LOOKING FOR A 2010 BMW 528IX FOR A WHILE NOW.I'M GLAD I RAN ACROSS FRANK'S WEBSITE. JUST START LOOKING HERE !!! HE HAS SOME AWESOME VERY CLEAN CARS AT GOOD PRICES.I'M A CAR PERSON/ IT'S JUST FUN LOOKING IN AND OUT OF BUILDING AT HIS VEHICLES. THAT FERRARI IS INCREDIBLE. PLEASE DISREGARD MY FORMER EVALUATION. MY HUMOR WAS POOR DUE TO THE FACT I HAD PROBLEMS WITH THE VEHICLE. AFTER ONLY HAVING PUT JUST THE MILEAGE FROM THE DEALER HOME, I WAS DISAPPOINTED AND DISGUSTED WITH THE NUMBER OF CONCERNS THAT OCCURRED.

Knowledgeable and friendly. Very large inventory of exactly what the name says, “Exceptional Motorcars”. Just got the car home and so far been as solid as expected. I typically reserve judgement for a month as to assure all the bells rin and whistles blow, Ive broken my normal because I believe Frank would back his product and that is what makes happy customers. I plan to shop at EM in the future, any more testimony that that really is not needed. Thank you Frank, my wife and appreciate the hospitality.

I drove for 8 hours to purchase a used Porsche from Frank at Exceptional Motorcars Ltd in Glenshaw PA. He's a man of his word and a true gentleman's gentleman. Even after we agreed on a price, he insisted on detailing the car at his expense, because he wanted it to be perfect. I have purchased over 10 Porsches in my lifetime, and this experience was the easiest and most pleasurable. Exceptional Motorcars is a family business where a handshake still means something. I am very happy to have found them and to have purchased this car from them.

My experience with Exceptional Motors LTD was well, exceptional?.. I had been searching the internet for months trying to find a Hyundai Santa Fe Sport Turbo with a sunroof. Having dealt with multiple dealerships and sleazy used car sales man, I was weary of reaching out to yet ?another? used car dealership. I happen to come across Exceptional Motor?s website and discovered the vehicle I had been looking for. The only problem was that I was over 3,000 miles away and was unable to test drive the car. I reached out to Exceptional Motors LTD and spoke with the owner, Frank. He was courteous, friendly and informative. I explained to him my dilemma and he assured me that he had worked with others in similar circumstances. I requested additional documentation, specifically detailed pictures of various interior/exterior areas. He quickly emailed me the documentation within 24 hours, where I followed up by offering a deposit to hold the vehicle. He explained to me that he would ?take my word? over the deposit as a good faith offer (They held the vehicle for five business days at no cost to me). At the end of fifth business day, I emailed Frank with certain requirements prior to me making an offer on the vehicle, i.e. new tires, a non-smoked in vehicle, interior/exterior detailed prior to delivery, two keys, and allowing the vehicle to remain on their lot till the transport picked it up. Frank agreed and signed the requested documentation within 4 hours. I made an offer and Exceptional Motors LTD accepted it. They gave me the name of a ?middle man? would helped me with securing transport, who they had worked with prior. Two days later I had title in hand and all the proper documentation as well. Five days later the car was delivered to my requested address and was exactly how Frank said it would be. Honestly, I was very uneasy purchasing a car that I had never seen or driven in person, however Frank made the entire process smooth and non-stressful. I would definitely recommend Exceptional Motors LTD to anyone who is looking to purchase a used car, no matter what the distance is.
