Wrangler in up some fun!
Nice cars, fast transaction, knowledgeable staff! I had 10 million questions about the Jeep Wrangler I was interested in. Abe was happy to do a virtual test drive, take specific pictures of the Frame and email me the CARFAX. I’m happy with my Wrangler.
Never replies back
Never replied to my emails or texts. Quite disappointing. Was looking to buy within the month. Wasted time and effort. Never dealt with a dealer who never replies.
Fast And Easy! Quality Product
I found the Bmw I wanted on Cars.com. I called the dealership. They made every aspect of buying it simple. They have a lot of nice European vehicles in stock! This is a small facility without any frills, the staff consists of 2 or 3 people and they were all pleasant to be around.
Great Experience! Great Buy!
They had a beautiful 750Li that I have been looking for! Easy to deal with and straight to the point. Abe the sales guy was knowledgeable. The dealership is small but and a little dated but I wasn't in the market to buy a dealership so I didn't care.
Range Rover Sport Hse.
We came here to look at Land Rovers! They have a lot of them in stock. We drove a few of them and ended up buying a 2009 Sport Hse from them. Mike was great and the truck is Fantastic!!
Zero stars was not an option.
Flew in from out of town to buy a vehicle. Sales person stated over the phone that this was a good vehicle that ran well. No check engine lights. No strange noises. Not true at all. Brakes could barely stop the vehicle. Check engine light WAS on. And there was a strange rattling noise from the rear of the car that showed up as we pulled out of the parking spot. Simply pathetic business practices. Don’t EVER buy from this dealership!!!!
Happy with my new BMW
I was looking for a BMW for quite sometime, until I stumbled across these guys! Every one from the sales team to the finance manager were the best and made everything quick and easy!
Significant lack of quality
We looked at and drove two different vehicles in our price range and had the same experience with both. They were dirty and in need of repair. One of the two had a slipping transmission with a noticeable mechanical problem and sound to it. The salesman that showed it to us misrepresented that it merely needed a transmission oil change and service. Which quite frankly insulted my intelligence. The second car had a loud grinding sound coming from the rear with the brakes completely rusted and binding up. Both cars were in obvious need of service and/or gross neglect. In either case I don’t understand how anyone in business thinks it’s OK to show/sell much less even drive cars that have significant visible and audible need of repair
