We were looking for a used minivan and trade in our old one. The salesperson Jason explained everything clearly and gave us a good deal. We were very happy with the service from this dealership and very happy with our car!

They advertised a 2021 Acura A-Spec. I contacted them and asked for a bill of sale so I can secure my financing before coming out there, as I live 5 hours away. I read their bad reviews of being told once a person comes out to the dealer, they change the price. I asked for a bill of sale and they said they cannot take a deposit. I only wanted out the door numbers on their advertised price, but they asked for my contact number. I gave it to them and over the past 2 days someone has called me from that number and hung up. I am in sales too, so what that person is probably doing is making the call so that it shows that it was made for tracking purposes. Moreover, the lack of transparency has led me to purchase from another dealer. I would not recommend them at all and I would recommend getting a bill of sale before even coming out, because if you don't you can drive out there and have different numbers presented to you.

Went the beginning of the month and had to wait forever the lady in finance do not know what she was talking about. I had Ed, help me and I told him how frustrated I was with Victoria. Clearly, they just hire anyone in finance. She was rude and incompetent.

No good place for meke business

I went ready to buy the truck they told me I was going to pay MSRP and then they mark the car up 10k it was upsetting because it was a total waste of my time and I called ahead first to make sure eat the price was. I rather take my business to Volkswagen where they respect the price. DONT PAY MARK UP ridiculous!

They say "We will treat you like family". We found a car at the dealership for one price. When we got there and did a test drive they told me that the price was actually higher by almost $4k. They just excluded prices of packages that were inseparable. So there was no way to buy the car for the price they published. Additionally, they offer me for my car 30% below the market. Just left the place. Nobody wants to have a family like that. IMHO.

WARNING: PRICE GOUGING Please look elsewhere, this is an incredibly unfair business practice. Do not be tricked into thinking a market adjustment is 1/3 of a vehicles cost. If you negotiate down with them on a market adjustment you’re still not actually getting a deal. Call around your area and find dealers who are offering actual MSRP. Profit is still made even below MSRP remember that.
