Definitely recommend
Great experience buying with Echopark. They were super friendly and helpful. Car came in great shape and I am super happy with my purchase. Only downfall was lack of communication between teams. They told me I would receive the car a few days earlier than I actually did.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
I purchased a vehicle from this company in early January. I have still not received the license plates or vehicle registration although I paid for them at the time of sale. I have been given the runaround and have been met with excuse after excuse. I was told that I had completed all necessary steps on my side the day of purchase and each time I text someone I am given more things to do. I cannot reach anyone in person or by phone/email. They are only texting me back when I text repeatedly. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Does not live up to online promises
Certainly not the Trader Joe's of Car Buying as they claim to be. TJ's would never let all of its employees be unmasked in the middle of a pandemic or let them leave customers waiting in a crowded building while staff hang out in a back room. Nor would TJ's try to sell customers a filthy car that reeks of cigarettes with burn holes in the seats while claiming online that there were only one or two cosmetic defects to the outside of the car. oh, and someone had stolen all of the floor mats out of the car. Thought we were getting a great deal on a used car and it was just a terrible experience.

I had been looking for a various vehicle for months and am ready to buy. The Greenville location finally got in what I had been looking for and not one person reached out to me after my inquiry. The Charlotte EchoPark location is very responsive but the Greenville one is not at all.

This is a great group of people who were able to answer all of my questions and got me the car I needed. I felt they were honest and not pushy which is unusual for car dealers. they took the time to answer my questions and made sure I felt good about the decision to buy a used vehicle from them.
