Not the best experience
Felt I was lied to and rushed during buying process. Unfortunately I needed a car and was my first time buying one myself. When I went in week later to have tires balanced they did it under the wrong name and vehicle. Also received car when purchased with expired paper plates. Had to go back to get current ones. Overall was not thrilled with entire process. Numerous friends had been to EchoPark and had great experiences. I however did not and won?t be recommending.

And works hard to make sure that you’re happy with whatever car decision you make. Josh is knowledgeable and great at explaining things. He is there for you every step of the way. Not happy
Car salespeople didn't really care to solve issues. Sold me an electric car that wouldn't charge. Will but at another dealership.
