Outstanding sales and service
Nash Ibrahim gave a no haggle, just the facts presentation on the Highlander L that I was interested in. I appreciated the no pressure approach. It was everything I wanted and it was $6k less than Keith Pierson Toyota had it listed for. It was a very easy decision. I actually enjoyed my shopping experience at Duval Acura. Service - Battery change
Car would not start due to battery issue.. took the car to dealership.. service dept was great .. took me in without an appointment. Replaced the battery and car washed .. in and out within 2 hours
