Smooth transition, great online communication
From the first call, to the online experience this was a smooth transition. Lisa in internet sales was great, very pleasant and understanding of my wants. Forward to Jimmy in sales he was amazing and completed this smooth transition into my new 4x4 jeep. Would highly recommend giving this dealership a call. 6 days and my car had not even been looked at yet!
Worst service ever! I took my vehicle in for 2 recalls and 3 other repairs. I called day after day trying to get information about when it would be finished. Finally, on day 6, I was advised my vehicle had not been looked at yet, but was next to go in the bay whenever my assigned tech decided to show up for work (he had not shown up for work in 2 days). So I retrieved my car and took it to Jacksonville Chrysler Jeep Dodge where it was completely repaired in 2 days. Should have started there!! Worst part, after 6 days of run-around and no answers, and not to mention the money I spent renting a car for 6 days, no one even apologized for my inconvenience at DARCARS when I retrieved my vehicle. Worst possible service department ever. I will never return.

Reliable service for 4 years since my purchase
I bought my 2014 Ram here. I have had expeditious service at OPCJDR since. Whether routine maintenance or a few recalls, I have been pleased with service . Lisa has taken good care of my service.

Oil Change
I just wanted an oil change. The "Express Lane" isn't so express. I had to wait in line (first come, first serve). Couldn't make an appointment. Our service advisor was David. We enjoyed working with him. I like the complimentary inspection with the oil change.

We came in for a routine service and to have recalls addressed. It lasted longer than anyone expected, but Donnell made sure we had a rental for the night.

Back to the SUV I’ve always loved
Nicholas Sopenasky was my sales rep and he was great.. I owned a 2004 Grand Cherokee at one time and wanted another. I had to part with that Cherokee because of its gas mileage (this was the time when gas was almost $5/gallon) but I LOVED that Cherokee. I love my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee more...better gas mileage and safety features that I’m very happy with because I’m 68. I traded a 2014 Jeep Patriot that the dealership gave me top dollar for. If you want a new or used vehicle see Nich—very courteous and honest.
