2022 F-150 Purchase
The dealership was great. However, I am extremely annoyed at Ford corporate failing to communicate that they were removing standard features and options from my ordered truck. At the time I ordered my truck, Ford corporate sent me an email confirming that they had received my order. However, a few weeks later when they decided to unilaterally change that order by removing the optional Nav system and the satellite radio system (and something else that I forget), I received no notice that Ford had changed my order. As I received other messages from Ford as the truck progressed through the process, no mention of the changes was made. It wasn't until I happened to pull up an electronic version of the window sticker that was going to be on my truck that I noticed the credits for the missing standard features and the lack of a nav system. I searched the internet and found references to the changes in the automotive press, so Ford told some reporters, but neglected to contact their actual customers. So it was only by sheer luck that I found out about the changes prior to arriving at the dealership. Poor business practice.
