Do not go there..
I would love to say great but i really knew in advance what was to come. I had an extended warranty through Huffman and Coyle did the work. About 2 months ago my thermostat stuck. I am not young so i knew thats what it was. I called Coyle told the what i had and they said about 500.00.. So i knew that was way high so i went to southern Indiana automotive on Spring st in New Albany, Curt the owner said about 200.00 I made an appt but before that appt i the termostat unstuck. Then on my way home from Amazon where i work it stuck again, so i drove straight home as so it would not overheat. Early the next morning i drove straight to coyle which is a quarter of a mile from my house. Let them know the problem and that i had called and it would be about 500.00. Believing that warranty was still in effect that would make it about 250,00 50 more then southern indiana. And souther indiana auto was 7 miles. So with as word of how long of anything i was put on that back burner. 4 hours later my chevy was still in the parking lot. i walked home. they call later friday afternoon and say i was right but now they can not fix it till monday. I asked about loaners they had none. I do realize this is on me .. So come monday the call me at work and tell me its ready. i leave alittle early and low and behold the warranty was expired an 500 was now 757.00. Satisfied are you kidding i was livid. i wont be back.. it was a total nightmare from start to finish..

Worst car lot ever, approved me had me take a car home for 2 weeks and calls me to “sign a paper” then when I get there makes me hand the keys over and I am stuck there, they lie there the worst experience I’ve ever had, lost over 300 dollars off my down payment and had to argue to get it back. Heard from a reliable source they got a way higher offer on the car that was sold to me. I would not recommend this place time is all we have and I’ll never get back the joy and time I had getting my new car. They not only lost my business but lost any recommendation and good word I had for them your just a number here
most inefficient service and sales force i have ever
most inefficient service and sales force i have ever encountered. Made an appointment for 1 hr service didn’t start until after 11/2 hrs. This along with previous mishaps and frankly dishonest and completely inefficient service makes me rank this dealership as the worst iI have ever dealt with. Will definitely buy my next car elsewhere

Was set to buy a car for 1000 made a appointment for that Friday to pick it up after a test drive. On Thursday I was told a 190,000 mile car was no longer 1000 but almost 6000. Needless to say I did not get it, and back on the search for a vehicle.

As of today 12-08-2021 my 2011 Chevrolet Silverado has been at Coyles Service Center for one week. I dropped it off Wednesday evening for the scheduled appointment Thursday at 7am. I called and left several messages for Waun which is supposed to be the person in charge of my vehicle getting fixed. The receptionist informed us Monday according to their computer our vehicle has not under gone diagnostic testing. Then yesterday, Tuesday, I called demanding someone at least call me back to give me an update on my truck. Waun said they was covered up and he didn’t work Monday. A woman called and asked about the situation and I explained everything to her. Now, this morning I have called Coyles twice and left messages no answer again. The Coyles Collision Center has already been paid around $3000 to repair body work and we was also going to buy a Chevrolet ZR2 as soon as they become available, but not now. This dealership definitely the lowest in customer satisfaction. Horrible service!

Purchased a new 2022 Corvette from out of town. Seth Clark and Dave Sillings could not have been more professional and straight forward during the ordering and purchase experience. Jeff Fryburger in finance was also very helpful and straight forward. If looking for a new or used car look up Seth Clark you won’t be sorry you did. No B/S just a good straight forward car buying experience.
