My question is do you like to gamble? If so....this would be the place to shop ...I purchased an 2009 ford f150....absolutely loved it! I drove it for 45 miles ....got home and it was making loud noises, engine light came on...I brought it to my mechanic, he checked it over and said the engine is shot. There was metal shavings in the oil pan, cam phasers went out. I had to get the engine replaced. I contacted the General manager of Corwins. These people couldn't care less about their customers, like I said, if you get a decent vehicle, consider yourself lucky! I gambled and lost.
Can we give zero stars?
Corwin has a huge selection of vehicles in all prices and conditions. Because of this, they have no need to win people over with ethical business. My experience was terrible. I brought my newly licensed daughter in to trade in her first car as it was having some issues. I was told the motor is bad and it’s going to be shipped to auction so they’d only give me $500 and wouldn’t budge. This was a 2014 Nissan Sentra valued much higher but since their guy looked at it and said it needs a new motor, I traded it. I then got my 15 year old daughter a 2002 Toyota Camry which was “safety certified” so I felt better having her drive it around. Fast forward 48 hours and the Nissan I traded in “for auction” is for sale on their lot for almost $8,000 and the Camry is in the shop getting $1800 of work put into it because the tyrod Is hanging off and the A arm needs to be replaced. Not exactly “safe” for a 15 year old girl and I’m thankful it was caught before she was hurt. Let me say, I fully expect and understand that car dealerships need to make money and I wouldn’t expect to have them resell what they bought without tacking on their cut but to blatantly LIE to someone is the same as stealing. I’m not sure if they lied to me about the motor or if the person who buys the car will find out the hard way like I did with the Camry but either way, it’s unethical and I will never buy a vehicle there again. If you’re in the area and looking to buy, I’d go to Gateway instead, right down the street. I’ve bought my last several vehicles there and never had any issues like this. I only took a chance with Corwin because I wanted something less expensive for my daughter.

Brandon was amazing. The best car buying experience we ever had. We live 6 hours away. My husband told Brandon what we needed and our price range. He kept in contact with us. We got there at 11:30 test drive the car gave them the down payment signed the papers and drove off the lot in our new car at 1:30. The next time we are in the market for a car we will definitely be back. Thank you again Brandon.

I was very disappointed in the pickup I purchased. I was looking at an 2015 Avalanche, and they steered me to a different pickup 2010 Avalanche. Purchased in the pickup in December, and engine trouble started, within a month. I can't even take it out of town, without light coming on to shut off the engine. I talked to the manager and he couldn't even have any backing for the poor vehicle that they sold me. I like the handling of the vehicle, but the worst vehicle motor & operating pickup that I have ever driven. I have had it for 4 months in which I couldn't even get 300 miles (before it wouldn't work right) out of an over priced vehicle. Totally disappointed in their support of vehicles they sell!! Very Poor business!!!

Valerie was amazing great customer service. I would go again just because of her friendly attitude. I never felt pressured just reassured. She is a keeper.

Brandon weier is the best person He's more helpful and he went through some of the vehicles and he wrote the stock number vehicles and he told me to go on the site to find whatever else that I'm looking for and were keeping in touch with each other he's a wonderful guy if I ever get into another vehicle and if I decide to get another vehicle from. Brandon weier I will go back to the person who had helped me before I will go back to Brandon weier he needs a raise
