I brought my car in for an oil change, it broke down on the freeway. Sarah Is the only good thing about this place. My daughter and I have been baking in the sun after my mother just died in South Carolina for about two hours now and they could give two xxxxs. I’m going to contact the Better Business Bureau and I’m gonna make sure they pay for this xxxx. Do not bring your car here for service I repeat do not bring your car here for service, They service it and then it breaks down on the freeway and then they give you a loaner car and then they try to charge you $420 for a xxxxing loaner car.

Drove down from Ventura to test drive a truck. Amir, salesman, made it very easy and pleasant. I was out of there in about and hour and a half with a new truck.

The team that helped me with my purchase, specifically Arden, Durrell, and Shana were very professional in several ways. They were highly knowledgeable, eager to meet my needs, very friendly and set an excellent environment to handle business. They genuinely wanted me to take my time and make the right decision. Even when I was hesitant to take a second test drive the urged me to not rush things and see what both cars hard to offer, their time and execution was greatly appreciated. I've already recommended this branch to multiple friends guaranteeing them that Jeep is the way to go, especially when you have Arden and Durrell on your team.

I recently had the pleasure of purchased a car from Arden Lanum at Courtesy Chrysler in San Juan Capistrano. I had a ton of questions and she was able to answer them all! She made me feel very at ease was super friendly and very knowledgeable. My mom is thinking of getting a new car and we will be going right back and requesting Arden!! She’s our girl! ��

I have never written a review on a company before however this is unacceptable. I bought a brand new jeep patriot which began having issues under warranty. The struts were leaking so we brought the vehicle to the service team. They required 1 week to make an assesment without a rental vehicle to deterime that they would not honor our 36k mile warranty because the struts "weren't leaking to the floor" we have pictures from three mechanics showing that there were leaking. After a second visit they decide that they did not want us to escalate this to corporate so they honored the warranty and issued a rental. There was no walk through of the rental vehicle and no check of the vehicle before hand. We return the vehicle is the original condition. In the morning we get a call saying there is damage to the vehicle equivalent to the cost of replacing the struts.... what a coincidence.

Very unsatifird

Use to love the service we received here. I use to brag about the service department. The last time I took my car there for an oil change it was running horrible 2 days later. When I tried to call back the service department to bring my car back in. They could not find my service records. I have been taking it there for two years. Then the service guy starts yelling at me. I hung up and called back to talk to the service manager - they told me the service manager wasn't there and transfer back to the same guy who was rude to me. They guy then threaten me and told me to come down there so he could fight me. I have never been treated so poorly from any establishment!!! No person in a customer service position should threaten their customers with bodily harm!!! I will never step foot in this place again. I now own two dodges and I will drive to Lake Forrest Also tried to buy a car from this dealship. Contacted them on 4 occasions and I couldn't even get a call back . They called me 2 months later and. I already bought my truck from someone that wanted my business. This place used to be 5 stars now less than 1 Very sad

Easy deal from trade in to purchase. We purchased a New Jeep Renegade and traded our Scion XB got fair trade in and a very good deal on the Jeep. This is the second purchase we've made from this dealership.

I waited almost a year to review - I'm a skeptic, that's how I've always been. John Grady was awesome! I was helped, not pressured. I got the car I came for. He kept me within budget, and I wasn't even planning for this at the time - our truck broke down & I needed safer transportation for our newborn- ASAP. One year later (with regular maintenance), the only light on the dash has been for tire pressure - easy fix. Solid vehicle, great price! Thank you guys. I love my Fusion! Hopefully the next time I'm in, I'll be leaving in a Jeep :)
