Amber, a newer service writer was very helpful & proficient in lining up my service appointment. Once I was there, she kept me informed of the progress. The service was performed in a reasonable amount of time. I always appreciate the safety inspection & their report for my records. Highly recommend Wayzata Chev.

Great sales experience
Bought my first truck there last week—Tim Murphy was knowledgeable and helpful both about the truck and its features as well as during the buying process.
Hi Adam, we are very happy to have provided you with such a positive experience! Please don't hesitate to reach out to us if there's anything more we can do! Take care!
Absolutely garbage service center.
Absolutely garbage service center. After two weeks of having my car in their body shop I complained; and then their body shop called me to ASK WHY MY CAR WAS THERE. You've had my vehicle for TWO WEEKS and you don't understand why my vehicle is there? You don't know what to do with it?! What you think this is for decoration?! Unbelievable. Wouldn't trust these fools to change my windshield wiper blades

Hi, we are very happy we could provide you with a positive experience! Feel free to reach out to us if you need anything. Have a wonderful day.
I’ve been here twice.
I’ve been here twice. Once looking for a car- their phone service lied about their inventory in stock or over promised and wasted my time. The second I tried them for service. My car was so gross on the inside I had a black film on my steering wheel. Thankfully I had some napkins to clean it. They said I needed a bunch of services that were recorded as performed at another dealer. When I questioned it they said well we don’t have a service record so it’s what’s recommended for scheduled maintenance at this mileage. They could have had another customer but I have 0 trust in them now.
Don't walk, RUN away from this dealership!
Don't walk, RUN away from this dealership! My company bought a 2017 Ford F150 from this dealership off of the information given on their website and they completely lied to us. We worked with Jeremiah Silbernick and I was appalled at the lack of customer service or customer care from him and this dealership. We were not able to look at the truck in person because we were buying it for one of my salesman and we live 300 miles away, so we had to take their word over the phone to the condition of this truck. We were not told that this truck had a small aftermarket lift kit in it and not standard rims and tires. We wired them cash from our corporate bank and my salesman picked up the truck a week later (he drove from Iowa to get it). He called on the way home as he almost got in an accident while driving home due to the truck's rock hard suspension (drove like a lumber wagon) and was very darty. Whenever he'd hit bumps the truck would swerve all over the road. When we asked Jeremiah and the dealership to help us make this truck drive-able they basically told us to "take a hike". When we asked to return the truck and buy a different one they said "No way, you're on your own". We brought the truck back to our company headquarters and had local shop look at it. They said "the alignment is way off, no wonder it drives terribly". So we had them take the aftermarket lift and tires off, and put it back to stock with proper wheel alignment. This cost over $2500. I buy on average 2 half ton trucks a year for my company (for our sales team) because they put on a lot of miles. What dealership sells a truck that is out of alignment and unsafe to drive? Who tells a corporate fleet truck buyer to "take a hike"? Who does not try to take care of a "cash buyer"? By the way, they have a list of BS services that they REQUIRE you to buy in order to get a vehicle. Like "lost key replacement" some stupid "windshield applicatoin". These BS services (if they even did them!) cost another $1200. It's safe to say, I will NEVER give this dealership, of unprofessional "fly by night" crooks, an ounce of my future business! I wish I could give them less then 1 star. Don't walk, run away from this dealer.
Don't buy a vehicle here.

I had a great experience buying a truck here. I would recommend people to deal with Taylor Shelite if they want a good salesman. He made for a better experience with all his knowledge on all the vehicles and took the time to keep us company while we were waiting for all the paperwork and stuff to get done.

Wonderful service employee
I brought my Jeep in for an oil change. First time at your dealership but it won't be the last. I was helped by a very nice man named Mark Reimer. He was so kind and knowledgeable. He assured me that your service department could service my Jeep. I am a senior citizen and was grateful for his patience and consideration. That gentleman is a keeper.
Hi Karen, we are pleased to hear of your experience with us. Customer satisfaction is one of our top priorities and we're glad to know our staff, Mark Reimer was so helpful! Thank you, and have a fantastic day!
