The service representative I spoke to today was rude for no reason. I called to ask about sensors on my windshield. I asked a follow up question and he responded “I guess you weren’t listening.” He said his name was Simon.

I had the worst experience with this dealership.
I had the worst experience with this dealership. Their BBB rating is awful. BBB has a red-letter warning about this dealership for deceptive practices dating back to 2017. I found a car online with them and went in based on the price. I sat in the dealership for a bit over 4 hours! Price of car and amount I VERBALLY agreed to finance were grossly inflated on sales contract. I was rushed through signing with ZERO explanations of added fees etc. Unfortunately, I didn't catch it. Now I have a 2016 car that is costing me over $44,000. I'm a single mom of four and this is breaking me. So shameful that a dealership can't be trusted and is taking advantage of people. This doesn't even begin to describe the calls, emails, and promises for free oil changes and paint chip repairs that were NOT honored.

Hello I went because I got a letter and I know they work with what letter says just to get you through the door but xxxx talk about a scam to gen I left with a new vehicle March 22 then felt so taken advantage of one I left I fixed a few things a week later I had to go back and resign and now April 1 was my next signing but this whole time they did nothing and when I tried calling to ask questions I was never able to get a hold of the people I needed to please please don’t go here horrible manipulative people trust me I have three people in my family that are car sales managers and they said why did ou not come to me they took advantage of you and here I was trying not to bother my family well I regret my purchase and sucks not to be happy about a new car. On top of everything they miscommunicated so much it was ridiculous well I put it on here becuse i am begging you to punid your a single mother do not go here.

i have been to them two times and I loved the service. This last time I was not happy. They did not ask me if I wanted a tire rotation and did not honor my appointment. when we left after the oil change, they texted me to say we missed our appointment. I told the guy we had an appointment and he said , don't worry I got this. when we got home my airbag lite was on, it was not on when we took the car there. I call and told them and he said it would be $250 to check. i will not be going back there again.

This dealership is AMAZING. I dealt with Alex in service. None better!! I was getting the run around from my insurance company. They persisted working on my behalf for over a month until there was an adequate resolution. They will work for you and will do whatever is needed. Kudos to Alex for keeping me informed along the way. He is a rock star!!!!

This place is awesome they helped me Trade out of my 2019 Nissan sentra Sv for brand new 2022 Nissan altima SR for 500 down and they were able to get my husband into a 2022 Nissan sentra Sv black for 0 down. Wow I will send anyone here if they need a car they have the best customer service ever Mr. Steve from sales was awesome Mr. Gutierrez I think he was the sales manager but anyway he was awesome and Mr. Jose From finance was awesome.
I will say it again this is an awesome dealership I clearly see the difference their customer service is impeccable you can't ask for a better dealership to buy a car from

I went there with the intention of getting an an oil change and an inspection sticker and I left there in a brand new car trading in my old one Mr. Steve from sales was awesome Mr. Gutierrez who was also from sales was amazing and Mr. Jose from finance was top notch. That was the best customer service experience ever had. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs a car
