i took the responsibility to do research on the Vehicle I wanted to purchase 2005 Yukon. I check the condition of the battery, Oil, Water. Looked at the exhaust smoke upon start up. Being an older person I know when purchasing a used vehicle, one will spend about $500 to bring her up to snuff, with in 60 days of purchase. Hats off to the sales staff. Although they were busy I was attended to and kept entertained. This is a no xxxxxxxxx dealer. Very Happy with the Deal and the delearship.

They sold me a car with a blown engine. Offered me a $550 refund on a $5800 purchase. The car cost $2500 in repairs 6 days after purchase. Buyer beware.

I went in knowing what I wanted got my pre purchase inspection and was ready to go. How was I treated? The car out of nowhere had 0 battery charge and died on me the first day. It gets better! When I had to tow my car this scammer only offered to refund 100 of the 300 dollar towing cost because he claims that is all the tow was worth. This would be reasonable had this been my fault at all. This xxxx dealership kept me stuck in a costco gas lane for two hours with a dead battery. They jumped the car every time I drove it there is no way they were not in on it. What gets better is they agreed to install a new battery on the dead car but right after that my speed sensor (which is right below the battery housing) was ripped out of the socket. I had midas check this out because my brake lights were on and they said this is a super uncommon occurrence unless someone is offroading. This is my car to commute to work with so no way I am doing anything like that at all. When I voiced my concerns the manager said none of this is his problem. Avoid the headache and don't even visit this shady dealership.

They have the best employees, they respond very quickly on online inquiries. They offer a huge selection of quality used vehicles and the one time we went to the dealership, they asked us once if we needed any help looking around, we declined and stated that we were just looking and they didn’t haggle us again after that. Which is AWESOME!

Went to Carz to check on a Hyundai that they advertised on various car sites. Did not call ahead to check if that particular car was on the lot and it was out that day. Daniel was very courteous and not pushy and showed me some other options they had currently available. He took down my number and in the following week also contacted me when the car I wanted to look at was available. Pleasant experience overall on the first visit.

Patrick helped us out and there was absolutely no cheezy sales pressure. We ended up with an excellent vehicle in great condition even after having our mechanic look at it. There were even surprise features on the vehicle that they had not put on the listing such as Bluetooth, backup assist and sunroof. Carz honored their previous sales price on the vehicle and the additional warranty options were well explained. Great experience!

Just purchased a 2004 Toyota Solara Convertible from Carz . They offer a great value and selection of cars, and the salesman that I worked with, Israel and Peter were just great! They just provided me with the car facts that I needed to know, and answered all my questions, I must complement Peter because he was very patient in working with me on the sale even though there were others at the dealer very interested in purchasing the same vehicle.
