This was the best and easiest way of buying a car. The delivery advocate Deborah Morrison and all other staff have been wonderful. It was a seamless process. I bought a 2019 Mercedes with low mileage so I wouldn’t expect there to be any major issues. One of the cars floor Mats in back was missing which wasn’t listed on the for sale info which is the only very minor negative.
Best! Cody and Team worked with my auto insurance co on the phone and I, late on a Friday afternoon and were able to obtain proper ins. card, close and drop coin to watch car delivery. Very positive experience.
Fantastic! They were able to give me a peace of mind and help me get my car, even though there was a delay in delivery, they made sure that I was their priority. I love my new car!

Simple process everything was completed on line. The vehicle arrived a little late but that’s no problem. It did arrive the day they said it would. The vehicle was clean and the correct mileage as said was on the car.

Carvana communication in the beginning was great, but after two changed delivery dates communication went down hill. My choice of vehicle was great. They gave all information I need to make my decision on buying.

Pretty bad experience, buying was easy, the first vehicle I received had awful body work done recently. Second vehicle had shoddy work down also, sunroof and other mechanical issues , their inspections are obviously not trained to loom over vehicles, I recommend you take the vehicle to have a PPO done by a reputable shop prior to the 7 days being up.

We were looking forward to the novelty of the vending machine experience but the site just drove the vehicle around from the back. The representative on site was friendly but awkward and in a hurry to get out of there.

After an third party inspection, we were informed that my car came with unmatching tires, cracked front windshield, and broken left rear mirror. It was reported on the next day. Carvana told us to bring the car to a certified auto repair. After 7 days (after the returning period), they denied the repairs.

The overall trade-in and purchase process went great so far, but it’s quite early in the process. My trade hasn’t yet been paid off, my new car still requires repairs and needs registration, and a promised $100 gift card hasn’t yet been received. Again, great so far…but soliciting for a review this early will only result in “pending” feedback.
