Worst experience in my life, carvana took their time with my car, made me sign multiple contracts, the car wasn’t as described and had no compensation for the additional time waited for the car (1 month wait).

There was no attention paid to the body of the car. I had to point out scratches to have it taken care of. I missed 2 big paint chips on the lower frame of the drivers side door, so I'm stuck with it. The purchase and delivery was easy and the car seems to be in good mechanical shape.

The vehicle is wonderful. It came exactly as it looked on the photos and runs great. We love the suv so much. It smelled great too. However, some customer service reps have been giving me the wrong information and I’ve been struggling to get things completed such as inspection because I was told it needed done ASAP. It turns out I couldn’t actually get it done because it was an out of state purchase. Kind of put a damper on my day. Other than that, things have been not too bad. All In all I love the vehicle.

Excellent experience buying my new car. Purchased my 2018 Ford EchoSport online from Carvana website and was given a delivery date of only two days later. Unfortunately the night before delivery I received a call from Ganesh from Carvana Austin hub saying due to shortages on their labor that my delivery was going to have to be pushed out a few days which was going to put me in a really bad spot because my car had just broken down. Ganesh told me he was going to do anything he could to try and get it to me ASAP possible. I received a call from Ganesh the next morning stating he was personally driving my car out to me and would take a Uber back after dropping my car off. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Will never forget my experience with this great company and the Austin, Texas hub. Car is great.
