Every thing was great but then we got to the vending
Every thing was great but then we got to the vending machine and it was broken not a big deal but my car was dirty and smelled like a sweaty Gym bag there was crumbs in my seat the cup holder hade soda in it also Bugs all over the windshield. But we were happy except for that.

There is a reason that car dealerships are better. I had an issue with my roof 30-days after I bought it and they would NOT fix the problem. Their warranty only handles mechanical issues. A dealership would have fixed this issue instantly but after 15-calls to customer service, they denied my request. That's what separates a Good dealership from Carvana! Dealerships are well worth it for service reasons. I will never buy from Carvana again.

Believe it or not, my Carvana purchase was as easy as ordering a pizza lol. I was extremely hesitant on trying Carvana due to other people's "nightmarish experiences" with this dealer. I was concerned about not receiving my tags, the vehicle arriving with a host of mechanical problems etc. Nevertheless, I took a leap of faith and my experience was from what I expected. I ordered the vehicle on a Saturday afternoon, I picked it up from the vending machine location (Gaithersburg, MD), took it for a spin, came back, signed a few papers and left with the vehicle (start of my 7 day test drive). During my seven day "trial period", I had my mechanic evaluate the vehicle and all looked good. So, six days in I called and confirmed I enjoyed the vehicle and took permanent ownership. After some quick small talk, the Carvana rep stated the registration would be mailed out in a few days. Immediately I started having flashbacks of other buyers not receiving their tags/registration. Having said that, about 5 days later, FedEx knocks on my door with my MD tags/registration. And that was pretty much it. As I previously mentioned, the process was as seamless as ordering a pizza online. Carvana kept me up-to-date during each part of the process (via text or phone call). My experience makes me wonder if the registration issues others encountered were a direct result of Covid in the past year or so. Maybe I just got lucky. Nevertheless, two thumbs up.

It would be a 5 star review but I have some pretty serious cosmetic issues that didn't show until the car was washed. Like it looks like acid was spilled all over the car and the paint was covered with a marker and they won't repair them even though they weren't mentioned in the add. Other then that my little car runs great and the buying and delivery process where flawless...
