The most stressful car buying experience a person could have in there life. Carvana can not meet a single deadline, they do not inspect vehicles, they will give you the run around, have you resubmit the same paperwork and phone calls 10 times and still not provide any answers or help when they fail as a company. There customer service says sorry and that's as far as it goes. I don't care that you are sorry I want the issue fixed

Unfortunately, due to a massive error at Carvana my car
Unfortunately, due to a massive error at Carvana my car needed to be returned and another supplied in its place. This has cost me in money and inconvenience. Four hours at the repair shop while they ascertained there was no oil in the engine. One week's wait for the replacement which cost me in additional rental charges.
I still do not have my car after paying a hefty down
I still do not have my car after paying a hefty down payment and being forced to drive a car I do not want until the one I want is repaired. 5 minutes before delivery I was called and told the replacement vehicle did not.pass inspection and would not be delivered for another week. This deserves compensation that is to my satisfaction.

Would definitely buy again. Every single person I interacted with was helpful and pleasant. When my bank created conflicts over the insurance requirements, Carvana connected me with an expert to work out the kinks and move the process forward. While I felt like I paid a little more, I loved the home delivery option, and got to avoid the crazy nonsense with the traditional dealerships. And seriously, Carvana should do trainings for other companies in customer service!
