Every Carvana person that I talked to was able to answer my questions without passing me around. They all entered notes of our conversations so the next person knew what was going on. Very friendly, accomodating, and delivery people were great.
Sold me a car that needed $7,000 in repairs - a 4 year
Sold me a car that needed $7,000 in repairs - a 4 year old vehicle with 14,000 miles on it. It had been repainted, that was not disclosed. It was very poorly painted and neglected, sanded trim pieces, door handles, weather stripping is torn. Within 3 days of receiving the vehicle, they told me these things weren’t covered by their warranty. Paint chipping due to over sanding also. Do not buy from this place, they can’t stand behind their products. No solutions offered.

I found the perfect car after a month-long online search, only to learn that Carvana would not deliver to my area (North Carolina coast). They said they would only deliver to Raleigh 2 1/2 hours away. I told them I would pay for a 3rd party shipper because I had to way to get Raleigh. They said I was not allowed to find a shipper. Guess they figured I could hitchhike. Complete waste of time, and false advertising.
Very Good. Needed an exact model of a truck that is no longer in production and was able to get it with good AC. Good AC is the most important thing these days and they understood that, and I did not need to tell them anything

Carvana makes it difficult to report a complaint within
Carvana makes it difficult to report a complaint within the 7 day allowable period because the chat and advocates don’t respond quickly. In my case I only had 6 days rather than 7 because I picked the car up on a Monday and they are closed on Sunday. They don’t even accept chats as verification that you’re having a problem. They say to send a picture, give a link to make the report but there is no way to upload your picture. I was finally able to speak to a live person on day 6 but they did not respond to me until after SilverRock was closed so I couldn’t turn in my claim to silverrock on the 6th day, which was a Saturday. So I called SilverRock the following Monday and they said they couldn’t accept my claim because it was later than 7 days and no one from Carvana had contacted them on the 6th day to approve my claim. so I have to pay for the repair out of my pocket. Carvana is the kind of company that lies to get your business, then weasels out of any previous promises they made. If you can find the car of your dreams somewhere else, avoid Carvana like the plague. I’m sorry now that we got involved with them. Horrible customer service and lots of advertising hype.

I know carvana as a company is probably a good company. However they waited until the last possible second to change what was supposed to be a zero down purchase into a $4,200 down purchase and so at the end of the day they didn't get a sale and I don't have a car still. Upon contacting customer service in regards to this I was informed that there was nothing that could be done and even though I had multiple emails from carvana saying that I was pre-approved and pre-qualified and every other three everything it still did not change the fact that when it came time to make the purchase they changed it all around and I went from a zero down to a 4200 down with no room for moving no budget room no nothing just from 0 to 4200 in the blink of an eye. Needless to say I did not end up with a vehicle and they did not end up where they sale and do I have anybody specific to blame? No not really you can't get anybody to take responsibility for anything everybody blames everything on the computers and so I can't say that any particular person affected it. About the issue and why did I have all these pre-approved and pre-qualified and all this other stuff emails from them only to have them not stand behind their words when when it came time and I got as I just said the it's the computers fault response and so nobody took responsibility for it and again the end product is carvana did not get a sale and I still do not have a car.
