They DO NOT do Any kond of Inspection. Especially a 150 pt. Inspection. Very Crappy Company Delivered 4 Days Late and the radio was broken. So, it has been in the Shop getting repaired since then. NOTHING from carvana to deal with this issue. Carvana Sucks!!!

3rd car I purchased.
3rd car I purchased... First one, perfect. Second, delivery pushed back, car was damaged and filthy. Heavy smell of anti-freeze. Third, again delayed, filthy, glue from tint (removed) all over the windows...
Poor experience overall.
Poor experience overall. Customer service teams were nice, but not able to problem solve, ensure a smooth process or be effective in communication. Would not use this service again nor recommend it to others. The vehicle is fine, the experience was not.
This is my first review I've ever written but I'm giving
This is my first review I've ever written but I'm giving credit where credit is do I've seen a lot of bad stuff about Carvana (Youtube) but so far this has been the easiest purchase of a car I've done everything was as the pictures were except the mirror and they all ready have me going to a shop to get an estimate so THEY can take care of it so far so good THANK YOU Carvana just for being you !!!
Overall the process was well designed, but when it froze
Overall the process was well designed, but when it froze up, I found it would’ve been good to have a human voice contact. Some of the keyword-based chat responses went off on a tangent.
A great experience.
A great experience. The selection of vehicles, delivery driver, and purchasing team that helped me were helpful and kind.
It was an amazing experience!
It was an amazing experience! I will definitely tell everyone I know how easy the process was and how friendly the staff are!
Buying online was the easiest part.
Buying online was the easiest part. After that it went downhill. When we arrived in Richmond to pick it up there vending machine was broken. I placed five or six coins before giving up. Approximately 10 days after I received the car I noticed a part missing under the hood. I went online and looked at the pictures and realized the part was missing when they took the pictures they had missed it and so Had I. I called them 10 days later and they said because I had waited more than seven days There was nothing they could do. I paid a premium price for this car and it would have been nice to get all of it. I would not recommend Carvana to anyone their customer service is ridiculous.
It was a great experience until the car was delivered,
It was a great experience until the car was delivered, although even then their tracker never showed that it was out for delivery. When I received the car it was dirty inside and the tires were bald. I pointed this out to the delivery driver who said, "No problem, we can get you new tires!" I accepted the vehicle believing it would be taken care of. I was sent the info for their warranty company, SilverRock, who didn't have any locations near my home. Before I could get the car to one of their facilities, sure enough I got a flat tire because the tire completely failed. I finally got it to a repair facility and then began a two week nightmare of trying to argue with Carvana, SilverRock, and the repair facility to get the replacement tires. I must have spent 10 hours over those two weeks on hold, on the phone, or at the repair facility trying to get this done. Who's fault was that? Who knows. They all blamed each other. Carvana's customer service was extremely unhelpful when I tried to sort this out through them but fortunately SilverRock was better. I did finally get those new tires despite Carvana's best efforts to prevent me from getting them. The repair facility also found an active oil leak that had to be repaired. So, if you want to buy a car you can't actually use for two weeks, I guess use Carvana? They will knowingly sell you a vehicle with bald tires and an oil leak so how much do you trust their "inspection"?
The car itself is wonderful, but they delivered the car
The car itself is wonderful, but they delivered the car with damage that was not noted in the vehicle report, the service light on, and a low battery key fob. I had to go to three different places to get these things fixed that were not my responsibility in the first place.
