The process was easy at first, but then there was a month long delay to get the car delivered. Two weeks later, I still don't have the title and registration. I need to get another key card, but can't do it until i have title. Carvana's customer service is good, but the back end processing is terrible. Terrible.

The purchase itself was easy, my only issue was with the delivery delays. The vehicle was delayed by three weeks for silly readons. I nearly cancelled the purchase because of it. When I did finally get the vehicle it seemed like the 150 point inspection was not done. On the plus side, the Carvana care took care of the issues right away. Sadly, I had to pay a $50 deductible for things they should have caught in the inspection and fixed before it got to me.

Very unhappy with the quality of the car delivered to us. Bad brakes, rotors and had major vibration if the front due to obvious problems under the hood.

delivery delay was frustrating. everything else was very good. quick to cover any issues i found the vehicle. silver rock is great. the delivery driver was awesome. everything was easy.

Car was delivered as promised. Having had a 2011 model of the same car some functions like SiriusXM not there but any disappointments are with Kia, not Carvana.

We went thru a long process actually getting our vehicle, with the date being pushed out several times, and the original car was in an accident so we had to find another. It was frustrating but when we finally got it- it was worth it.
