I purchased a 1993 Dodge Caravan for $6,000 on February
I purchased a 1993 Dodge Caravan for $6,000 on February 27th 2022, and at the time of purchase I noticed the tires were dry rotted and unsafe to be on public roadways. I made it known to Jack the sales associate, he told me since it was closing time to bring the Van back the next day (Feb 28th) and they would put adequate tires on the vehicle. I went in the very next day, I spoke with Jack and his exact answer was, "My manager told me that it's not covered under warranty but if you go get new tires we will cover 50% of the cost." Which I have done while the warranty is still in effect, and now being dismissed and the agreement not being honored. Also the tires are 19 and 20 years old which is against WA DOT RCW 46.37.425, the vehicle has a 90 day warranty which the car lot is refusing to honor, they are also refusing to achknowledge the Implied Warranty of Washington State for Used Vehicles sold by dealerships, RCW 62A.2-314. I was forced to spend $647.82 out of pocket for new tires in which the dealership offered me and I quote "A couple of hundred bucks" reimbursement but would not give me an actual amount. Obviously to keep me from filing a suit in small claims court which I am going to do since the business refuses to resolve this sittuation fairly and adequately according to state laws and regulations. This business has had MANY poor reviews of similar issues, and also while I was in the establishment today (5/14/2022) another lady was having issues with her Ford Taurus which they refused to repair or compensate for the issues that NEEDED to be repaired that were of obvious safety concerns on public roadways. This business obviously has little to no reguard for their customers safety or other motorists as well. They obviously are taking advantage of the lack of knowledge of laws and of the customers rights when purchasing a used vehicle. This business is a poor example to the American Economy and a detriment to the community in which it serves.
My experience at Carson Cars
I walked in thinking that i was going to get hussled and be stuck with a lemon. But the salesman that came out was both courteous and knowledgeable. Jack Coyle was very friendly but not in the pushy way. He explained everything in detail, and wasn't pushy to get me there. I was very pleased with my experience there and my car. I will tell all my friends about Carson Xars and specifically about Jack Coyle
Thanks Jack!
Jack Coyle is the best!!! My experience with him was great. I will definitely come back. He was very knowledgeable in his field and answered all my questions.
Great experience all around
Carson cars is conveniently located and easy to access. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. I had the pleasure of working with Carlos V. who is dedicated and enjoyable to interact with. I had a great experience from start to finish. I didn’t feel pressured and I got into the car that I really wanted. He worked with me and I left a very happy customer!! Carlos made it possible for me to get back on the road and driving my own vehicle. Thank you so much Carlos! Very satisfied customer. I will be back and definitely recommend to others.

The day before I went to Carson cars I called about a 2003 Subaru legacy that I was interested in. I let the salesman, Fernando know that I was driving from Tacoma to see the car. When I got to the dealership the following day I was told the car was gone. Some other company they work with took it. The reason I went up to Lynnwood was specifically for the Subaru. It would have been nice to know before I made the drive, that the car was no longer there. I looked at several other cars and ended up with a car that has problems. Fernando told me he filled the car up with gas but that wasn't true. I found out a couple days later, after driving all the way to Tacoma, that the fuel gauge doesn't work. It is stuck looking like it's on full when it's not. I had the front tires replaced to find out they could have split open any minute from dry rot. Plus there's a high pitched sound when driving the car. I called and left messages for the manager but never got a return call. When I called about the fuel gauge not working, the guy who answered the phone said "oh yeah, we know that. We've sold that car before." So they knowingly sold me a car with a broken fuel gauge and lied to me about the tank being full. Plus they knew I had to drive all the way to Tacoma. I had to take off work to bring the car to their service center but the part needed wasn't available so I have to find the time to go all the way back up there again to fix a problem that should have been fixed prior to the car being sold to anyone.
Gracias Carlos Vasquez

Not enough pictures online to represent the car.
Not enough pictures online to represent the car. When I got to the dealer there was more body damage than was represented in the ad.
Stay away!
This place is horrible, bad cars that break down. I should have trusted all the bad reviews online, because now im driving a car that keeps breaking down and taking all my money. Dont go here!
