The sales people were not pushy in anyway, when I visited, I was handed the keys to the car I was interested in and wasn’t bothered by the salesperson, and whenever I had a question it felt like they were always there paying attention. The process went smoothly and I’m thankful for all their efforts. I felt well taken care of.

Me and my husband Just had the Best car buying experience with Eli and his sister Eliana, we felt comfortable the minute we stepped into the lot, they warmly greeted us and did not waste anytime showing us the BMW that we were interested in, did not push or rush us in any way. We discussed financing options and Eli asked us some general questions to know how likely we would be approved, after that we test drove the vehicle for about 10 - 15 minutes, came back and filled out the credit application. It took them literally 25 minutes and we were approved! We signed the contracts within 40 minutes and drove back home . Highly recommend this genuine small family owned business and don’t hesitate to buy a car from them because they are a small dealership! They care about their customers and the cars that they sell. Scheduled the appointment and upon arrival found the vehicle I ended up purchasing, ready in front and cleaned up. Went for a test drive, liked the car, finance was a breeze. Doesn’t get much better than this. 5 stars.

Purchased a Bmw during Covid

Buying a car can be stressful, let alone during Covid. I called ahead and asked about the process due to the pandemic. They carefully explained the process over the phone and actually followed through on their words. Upon arriving, the car was ready, and the sanitization occurred in front of me. They appear to be genuinely concerned about their safety as well as the customers’. I noticed that they all appeared to be related and I was correct, as they’re a family of 3 running a small operation. Everything appeared to be straightforward with no red flags. The car has been great so far and I’m happy with it. I will be taking a look at their inventory first, for my next car purchase. Cheers!

BUYER BEWARE DONT BUY FROM HERE OUT 20K

BUYER BEWARE!!! I bought a Car with cash paid $16000 Cash !! Two days later my car breaks down I can’t drive it . I call the owner his names starts with E (wide hips) to see if he can help and he goes on and on about a warranty that I didn’t get. Remind you it’s only been two days since I paid 16,000 cash for a car He does nothing to help situation and the electrical problem I had with my car is intermittent and happens only sometimes. I was wondering why this car I wanted had not been sold yet and was sitting for so long !! Now I know . Shame on this shady car Dealership!! Please go Elsewhere you don’t want to be like me and end up with BS car from this Raggedy Lot!! It’s clear that this dealership is not doing well and tries to get over on buyers with cars they know have issues. Not to mention I paid an extra 2500 for my title of my car and it’s been two months haven’t received anything This place is SHADY ALL AROUND!! And I’ve waited over two months to write this review to see if the dealership will rectify the situation and see if my paper work will come in the mail....Nothing and I feel robbed and bambozled. MY CAR PROBLEM COST ME AN Additional 5k !! BEWARE!! DONT BUY HERE!!

Hello Brittany, with regards to the deal you received, many details were left out from your side of the story. These would include: the fact that you test drove and took the vehicle to your mechanic, prior to you purchasing it, in order to perform an inspection, mind you, which the vehicle had passed with flying colors. Initially, after receiving your call about the issue, we offered to help out by referring you to one of the many shops we work with. We find it very hard to believe the legitimacy of they mechanic you work with since they failed to initially diagnose what you claim as a ‘pre-existing issue’ – when the initial inspection came through with flying colors. Have you considered the possibility that the electrical issues you are experiencing are an unfortunate example of normal wear and tear that a simple warranty purchase can cover? You decided to act on your own accord without properly communicating with us and were against using the resources we offered; such as: the warranty offer you declined and a discounted service from any of the mechanics we are partnered with. To our abhorrent surprise, we one day receive a call from you threatening to: I) pay you $700, or ii) you will “screw us” by writing bad reviews online. As for the DMV and the paperwork, I understand you may have been ecstatic at the time of purchase and you may have not understood all the explanations of certain timelines as to when paperwork will arrive. We shall reiterate it once again for clarity: as mentioned to you during the sale, it takes up to two months for the paperwork to be processed and cleared by the DMV. With that, upon checking our system, it shows that the paperwork has been mailed to your mailing address. Finally, in reference to the $2,500 you mentioned earlier, as described to you and clearly written on the sales contract, it encompasses the sales tax, registration, and license fees– all of which go directly to the DMV. This is in no means an extra charge that goes to us, but is a charge that goes to DMV.

Wast of time

Car was listed as perfect and was far from it. It Shakes as soon as you start it. They claimed the tires were new but they were flat and the tire pressure light was on. Also the dashboard had burns that they tried to hide with a dashboard cover. 20008 BMW 535

Hello Mike, we apologize for your experience, we can provide you with the Safety inspection, done by a certified shop that the tires' tread are 10/32 which is considered New. You are right about the tire pressure light it was on, but we told you that we'll take care of that, it needs some air in one tire. About the vehicle shaking, it was not shaking it was the sound of the Turbo and when you first start the vehicle, it gets that sound but as soon as it gets warm it goes away. Concerning the dashboard, it does not have burns, it is only wrinkled a little bit from the sun, and this dashboard cover been there when we purchased the vehicle, so please don't accuse us that we are trying to hide anything. We are willing to give you 3 Months Free Warranty on this vehicle just to prove to you that there is nothing wrong with it. Our Kindest Regards, Carosell Motors' Team
