Worst dealership in Cincinnati
Spent 3 days in the Cincinnati office and the absolute worst buying experience we have ever had to deal with. From losing the trade in appraisal 2 different times, couldn’t get a printer to work, changing the down payment and just absolute lack of concern for their customers. This store should be ashamed of how they operate and just close their doors if this is how they do business. After the complete disaster we have encountered, I honestly don’t know how they manage to sell any cars. Not to mention, last week we had a deal ready on a different vehicle only to be told it wouldn’t be ready for pickup at the time THEY SCHEDULED! Please avoid this dealership at all costs and just go somewhere else.
False Advertising
This weekend I test drove a car from this Carmax location. The specs for the car said that is had back up camera, heated steering wheel, heated front seats, heated back seats etc. Come to find out it had none of these features. It was brought to the attention of the sales rep and he said he would discuss the matter with his superiors. About an hour later he texts me back saying that despite not having all of these luxury features they were keeping the price the same. If you are considering buying a vehicle from this location make sure you double check everything.
Horrible Experience Selling a Car
I went to sell them a car and they tried to rip me off. They wasted hours of my time and it was an overall horrible experience.

I purchased a Nissan Xterra through this dealer, and I was completely impressed with the entire process. No hassles. Will do business with them again!

Poor Communications
I was approved for financing over the phone and all I had to do was sign the paperwork but when I sat down with salesman, I suddenly wasn't. Salesman told me "The Bank or computer made a mistake". No manager involvement what's so ever. But, the silver lining is I was able to find the same vehicle at an other dealer that was a year newer, less miles and $2K less and got approved 24 hours later, so I can say Thank You CarMax!
