Buyer beware!!! When initially filling finance application on their computer, gap insurance was priced at $499, once papers were received to sign, (emailed) gap was priced at $999. When I questioned it, they acted like they didn't know what I was talking about. I asked them to completely remove it because I didn't like how they snuck that in there, when they removed it, it only was removed from the cost line, but the final amount stayed the same. I questioned it yet again and it turns out there was a total of $2800 added to the final price. CALCULATE ALL THE LINES PEOPLE!!! Its something I've never done, but will never again sign without doing that! Very sneaky people, very pushy to purchase extended warranties, even willing to go to the extreme to sneak in an additional $2800 to meet their quota! Will never do business with them again! If you decide to, do the math!!!

Cris was phenomenal. I went for a test drive and was able to take my time checking out the vehicle. I went back two days later to purchase the vehicle. Cris took care of all of the paperwork while I was able to relax and do some of my own work.

Sold them a car and as I told them "I like the way they do business." Will buy or sell to them anywhere any time. Had great experiences in Richmond and moved to San Antonio. Tried them in TX and it was just as good there. Way to go!
