Went in on a Saturday and I still haven't heard back from them regarding pricing on my friend's car. She wanted to do a consignment with them. I called for the last 3 days and they will not return my phone call. Extremely rude or just lazy. They must not want my business which is fine. Worst customer service ever.

The most stupid customer service CARLOTZ have, they lied to me about the car availability after they told me it's still available and made me drive for one and half hour both way from home. So I recommend car buyer not to trust those people who working there.

Straightforward, honest, simple. I would come back here every time. These guys shocked me by how fair they were. I was 100% satisfied and would recommend them to anyone.

My wife’s Yukon broke down and needed a vehicle with good fuel mileage. Found a beautiful black Passat with low miles. The sales staff was fantastic. Robert, the service guy, was very informative and he was the reason I bought the vehicle.
