DO NOT BUY!! Sold a Lemon!!!
I purchased a vehicle from this dealership and 2 weeks after having it started making a noise. Took it to my trusted mechanic and found out it needs a NEW ENGINE. This was an old issue along with over 12k in other existing mechanical issues that are needing fixed ie ball joints, control arms etc. I tried giving the dealership an opportunity to make right when they ended up giving me some story about it being a loose bolt or wire. I took my car and took it to a certified chevy dealership. I have tried calling the manager of the store several times and no returned Phone calls it has now been over 3 weeks and no one is getting back with me. I DO NOT RECOMMEND PURCHASING ANYTHING FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! FLAKES!! I will be pursuing further legal action!

No BBB accreditation and no clue about the cars
Car had faulty steering rack absolute joke of a dealer, had no clue what parts were modified and incredibly rude when dealer was approached for repairs. I'd never buy from here again in my life lmao what a joke of a dealer

Sean did a great job finding our family the perfect car for our needs. He was patient with us, as we picked out a trade in they just received. Sales manager was also great. I have to say they did one heck if a job, preparing this used car with a great inspection. Getting it right before letting me have it. They fixed 5 other items on the car I did not even know about until later. Fantastic job Sean and CarStoreUSA. I will come back again
Not a pleasing experience.
I had set up an appointment at 8:30 in the morning to test drive a car at 12:30 in the afternoon. I texted them 15 minutes before arriving to tell them I would only be a few minutes behind. They responded with “No problem.” When I get to the dealership, they tell me the car was sold ten minutes prior to me arriving. I had a second car I wanted to look at while I was there. The salesman told me they had just got it back from the shop. When I asked to test drive it, he explained that he didn’t think I could because he didn’t know what kind of problems it had. My stepdad was with me and asked why I couldn’t test drive it since it was clearly running fine when he drove it to the front of the lot for us to inspect. Suddenly I was allowed to test drive it... The car was problematic from the start (battery died, broken features), and I wasn’t pleased with the customer service at all. Now I’ve driven 3 hours to an honest dealership in Kansas City that promised to hold the car I was interested in for 24 hours so I would get a fair opportunity to buy. I even offered to pay a reservation fee and the owner told me he would be happy to hold it for 24 hours. There are honest dealers out there, Car Store USA isn’t one of them in my humble opinion.
Sketchy Experience
Beware: I contacted this dealership to buy a vehicle. The list price was a tad bit high according to KBB and a lot of other similar listings around a 500 miles radius. I did my research. I was ready and willing to drive down there with a check in hand to purchase this vehicle. I offered lower than the list price. The salesman said "Sorry, we don't negotiate." And a minute later said he would go talk to his manager. 30 minutes later, he called me back and offered $200 off the list price. It was still high.. A few days later I inquired again and offered a higher more reasonable price inline with other dealers (e.g. a dealer in Chicago sold this exact same carbon copy vehicle with less miles). I had a bill of sale to prove their intent to sell to me for this price. This salesman then went back on his word, claimed he never offered me a lower price, and wasn't willing to work at all with me. I was offering close to a KBB price, and not only would he not budge, he lied about negotiating with me (after negotiating with me on my first attempt..???) and denied ever offering me $200 off. Seems weird they "don't negotiate" and then counter my original offer. I think that's called negotiating. But then later, deny they ever negotiated and won't even consider my second, more appropriate, higher offer. Best of luck.

Horrible customer service!
Customer service is horrible been 32 days since I bought my vehicle and the promised repair of issues is still not done. They don't even call you back EVER! they make the sale and it's game over for you, you are on your own. Paid $200 out of my own pocket to have it detailed even. 2 attempts by their detailers guys and still looked like crap! Long story short will NEVER but there again or even recommend them to anyone!
