I went (twice) to test drive a Lexus IS 250 (Rebuilt Title. Excellent experience across the board. Even though I ended up buying a different car elsewhere, I highly recommend this dealership. I have dealt with some really bad customer service on my car finding journey. Car Stars, however, was great!

I dealt with Matt when I bought my 2010 Ford Escape in Feb of 2020. Its had a few issues but Matt was wonderful at helping me resolve them. My only complaint now that I'm in the market for another car is they wont in house finance me even tho I was never late I'm required a co signer. No thanks I feel I've proved myself. I think they're concentrating on getting newer vehicles to attract new customers while forgetting the customers that helped them get established. Have no complaint service wise tho and still ddriving the 2010 escape to this day

Car Stars bought the truck at auction and changed he odometer reading -- it looks like there are only 80, 000 miles on the truck, but they bought it when it had 150,000 miles on it, so it's really sitting at 230,000.

Dan was extremely helpful, zero pressure on me to buy... The facility is very nice, you can tell they take care of their vehicles! I bought an F250 at a very good price, and it has been driving great since I bought it last month!

All lies. What a piece of junk. Drove from dallas to find they lied about readiness, lied about non smokers car, pulled power to hide the check engine light and I’ll stop w that. “Its a used car” said the owner. Bring low low expectations and you wont be disappointed.

Highly disappointed. I was sold a lemon! I bought the car 12/28/20 and have had the car less than a week and there’s already issues! Check engine light, tire light (3 of the tires are garbage) there’s an evac leak, plus more. Now, they won’t take it back or offer a trade since we bought it as is. They basically shined it up good enough to pass because they knew it was a lemon. This car was a present for my 18 yr old brother. They claim that they changed the tires and they’re mechanic checked it out.. lies! I took it to TWO different places, and both agreed that the car is junk and that they shouldn’t have even sold it to me and that it doesn’t meet the TX DMV. I’m so upset and my brother is extremely disappointed. They took advantage of the situation.. shame on them!
