Buying a car during this time is daunting. When we went into this venture we had no idea what was going to happen. We had done our research on what car we wanted but no idea if we could do it, how it would happen, or if it could happen. The process Subaru has put into place was way easier than I had expected. The salesman is someone we had dealt with in the past and I didn't want to talk to anyone else. He was incredibly helpful and helped keep the process user friendly and doable.

I called yesterday with a service question and was only able to chat. I was told my questions would be directed to a service rep and I would get a call. Still waiting after 24 hrs. I attempted to e-mail today and I received a message stating this service was not available.
