Disappointed this time around
I brought my ‘09 Fit to Rahal for warranty work when we moved to Central Pa about 9 years ago. They did a superb job of completing the work properly and on time. I went on to purchase 2 Accords from them and 2 Camrys from their Toyota store across the Pike. My service experiences were excellent. So when it came time to consider a new vehicle, I wanted to buy from Rahal Honda. I contacted them through their website and arranged a test drive of a new CR-V. Although they didn’t have the color I wanted, I was assured they could get whatever I did want. I was greeted by Ben who introduced me to John Roderick. Mr. Roderick didn’t seem particularly enthused to show me the vehicle and as we left the lot for a test drive, he was yelling out the window to another sales person about a previous customer. This felt very wrong as it made me wonder if Mr. Roderick made derogatory comments about all the customers and whether he’d talk about me after I left. Anyway, Mr. Roderick didn’t provide a demonstration of all of the features of the car. Most of what I learned was in response to questions I asked rather than a demonstration of the features. When we returned to the showroom, it seemed to take a very, very long time to arrive at a trade value on my car; this seemed odd as I was the only person looking at a new vehicle. In addition, my trade was a 2018 Subaru with just under 10,000 miles. In other words, there didn’t seem to be much to carefully consider as there wasn’t any unusual or excessive wear on my trade to factor into the trade value. The process took so long, I went through the main showroom, the used car showroom next door and ended up outside looking over the vehicle I’d already driven in greater detail. As I was checking out the CR-V, Mr. Roderick opened the showroom door and yelled out that “he was ready” for me. I felt like a dog being called for supper not a potential customer looking to purchase my next vehicle. The numbers provided a starting point for me to consider what I wanted to offer for the CR-V. The following week, Mr. Roderick got back to me to see what I was thinking. On Tuesday, I sent him an offer via email about what I was willing to pay. My offer was optimistic, however, I did expect to hear back from him no later than the next day. 2 days later, he came back with his best offer via email. I’d already contacted another dealer, however, that had a variety of CR-Vs in various colors. I’d decided to make an offer on one of those vehicles instead. The numbers I was provided by Mr. Roderick helped me to arrive at an aggressive offer but one which was realistic as I drive home in the new CR-V that day. My previous experiences with Rahal were very positive and I expected a lot better than I got this time around. I hope when I am ready to purchase my next vehicle, Rahal does a better job of selling the car. I am likely to return to Rahal for service as I trust them to do a great job completed on time but this experience left a very disappointed, bitter taste.

Great management and they care about the customer
The management cares about you the customer. They make it happen. When they are wrong they admit. They made sure we were happy when one of their employees made a mistake

Service next to none!
My excellent shopping experience was only made even better by their salesman, Susan. I had a problem with a bad tire on the car, which had nothing to do with Honda. The tire warranty with the vehicle would have covered the cost of another tire. But, I was unable to find a replacement tire through Goodyear in my area in a relatively decent amount of time. They had someone drive 100 miles to my house to bring a tire and wheel to replace my tire that was bad. That's Grade A, first class service!

Our first Honda
Still smiling about our purchase. Ask for Travis for a thorough explanation of the vehicles and the features. Adam is a financial wizard. A positive experience. Would highly recommend Bobby Rahal Honda to anyone looking for a no pressure satisfied shopping experience!

Best Dealership Ever
We needed a second car. So, my husband and I stopped by Bobby Rahal Honda. This was our first time visiting the dealership. From the time we set foot in the parking lot until we completed our purchase; we were impressed! Everyone at the dealership was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. After looking over the vehicles and test driving; we purchased a 2014 Honda Civic Ex. The car is in " like new" condition and drives great. We are very happy with our car and highly recommend Bobby Rahal Honda to anyone. We will definitely return again should we ever need another vehicle.

I knew what car I wanted and had made an appointment for a test drive. When I arrived at the showroom I was greeted and quickly taken to see the car I had been interested in. We went on a test drive and all went well. I said " I'll take it" and they rapidly came up with numbers for my trade in, financing and so on. They took care of switching the new car onto my insurance and I was driving home in my new H-RV about 3 hours from when I had first walked in. The service area is beautiful and the whole dealership is first class.
