The worst dealership on the planet...from Sales to Service..a downright tire fire of a dealership! I wish somebody would have told me before I went there.

Very Poor Customer Service and Response
I reached out to Zach Brown on a vehicle that I had already secured financing for was willing to drive 1 1/2hrs to buy. Left a voice mail on his cell, left an email and he contacted 2 days later saying he was with "clients"! What was I? Then he did a song and dance that someone had it in "finance review"? Mine took 15 minutes! I also sent the Client Care Assistant two emails asking for the sales manger name and contact no response!!!! Would not recommend or use this dealer!!! Stay away!

Worst place ever as far as the service department
I have had the worst experience at BMW. I would not recommend the vehicle service to anyone . They did the worst job. They recommend that I needed my break changed so I took my car in. They let me leave saying my car was fixed and the emergency break was left not working. I could of got into a car accident because of the job they did on my car. I sent the car back so they could fix their mistake and they inspected my car after they put the wrong parts on it. I get my car back and now out of no we’re have an oil leak which I didn’t have before. This has been a night mare and I will never take any of my cats back to be fixed at BMW.

My experience with both the sales rep Chris Lee and finance manager Rob Silva has been great. I am located in Naples, FL and finding a white 2018 BMW 3 series with manual transmission and low milage is like finding a needle in a haystack but I was able to find it at BMW of San Antonio through cars.com Both Chris Lee & Rob Silva have been great to work with as we ironed out the details of the transaction. Super friendly, responded to texts or phone calls quickly in a very timely manner. I appreciate their attention to detail with the specific questions I asked about the vehicle.

I ordered a BMW Alpina B7 back in October. I ended up putting double the amount of money down that Jorge Godinez told me I would have to put down. No big deal. He told me it would take about 3 months to get the car. When I placed the order with a guy named Josh, he told me it would take about 3-6 months to get the car. No big deal. As I was following the production of the car online, I noticed it wasn't moving from stage 1. When I inquired, I was told the car wasn't going into production until May. May? Jorge said we were talking about a different car when he gave me those timelines. BS! Very disappointing! Not a very high level of integrity. I've tried to call and email Jorge over the past two weeks and he hasn't responded. Nothing! Not a peep! If you're going to use this BMW dealership, beware of what they tell you and know this salesman will only tell you what you want to hear just to get a sale and he will not call you back or respond to your emails.

I had a great buying experience with Mr. Biju Pillai very knowledgeable of the vehicle that I purchased, and he is still willing to provide me after purchase, information to assist me so that I get the most enjoyable driving experience from my new BMW X5.
Move slowly and treat with enormous caution.
Be very careful with these guys. They are very underhand. We bought a car there last month and at the very last minute, as we were about to drive away, they handed us our 1 key !! To buy the spare key for the car we bought is $900 !! After we complained they sent us a check for a bit less than half. I have now just discovered that they charge their customers a 1% fee that is the salespersons payment ON TOP of the cost of the car !! I have never seen this before. So in all they hoodwinked us out of just over $1000. Be very careful, slow down and read everything very carefully.
