I went for aN oil Change. The woman who helped me seemed annoyed that she was at work. She mentioned an update. I asked what it was for and she responded that they have no idea what it’s for but if I want to wait an hour and half I can get it. Not enough info for me to make a decision. She did not tell me how Long it Might take to service my car or talk to me about the cost. When the car was finished, she brought me the keys and receipt and told me where the car was parked. After another ten minutes of confusion at the cashier, I finally realized that I had prepaid for three oil changes so There was no charge. She never Mentioned this and again seemed annoyed That The Cashier had Called Her To Straighten it out. Poor communication all around. Not a big Deal but certainly not a good customer Service Experience.

Stay Away! The service team breaks parts of your car that do not need fixing to make you spend more money with them. Orland Park, IL is the worst dealership to take your car to.

I have been purchasing cars for at least 45 years & have NEVER encountered a Customer Experience as unprofessional & uncaring as this one
Deceptive, Disappointing, & Unprofessional!!
Unfortunately, My experience with BMW of Orland Park wnas extremely disappointing. My Sales Rep wasn’t transparent & included a product that I expressed that I did NOT want. The finance specialist did NOT provide a itemized bill of sale, even when my husband inquired about receiving one. He sold me a warranty package & did NOT provide any written material re: what was included or covered. I have been purchasing cars for at least 45 years & have NEVER encountered a Customer Experience as unprofessional & uncaring as this one. I have always left a dealership feeling great about buying a new car, but this time, I felt a level of unparalleled disregard & disrespect. When writing the Sales Rep a letter to express my disappointment, he had the nerve to call my husband & NOT the person who was purchasing the vehicle. However, their management staff did attempt to make things right, so ALL credibility was not lost.

Do Not Bring Your Vehicle to This Location
I do not recommend service from BMW Orland Park, IL. Their customer service is terrible. I dropped my vehicle off for a diagnostic the service guy went on vacation, my vehicle was sitting for a week. No one call me I had to keep calling about my vehicle. Every time I requested service they manage to damage other part of my vehicle to try to make me spend/waste more money getting repairs. Parts I know I had recently repaired. I would not trust this location to do repairs.

Dennis in sales is the best, SUPER GREAT communication skills, and would make sure everything was upfront and honest. I bought out of state fully remote so not as easy as walking in or visiting locally. If any issues arise he was quick to fix them or very communicative regarding the status or process of the purchase experience.
